We waited a month, constantly having to get on to them, and finally they claimed the phone's motherboard was broken and they could do nothing. The phone was in working order when handed it (apart from the cracked screen). Absolutely shady, bordering on criminal. Do not go!

I only found out the headphone jack was dodgy 3/4 weeks after I bought it as It was sitting in my room waiting for a new sim card. He completely used this fact against me, the first thing he said when I presented the issue is "you broke it". He refused to fix it for free and insisted It was working before I purchased it. Clearly, the test procedure failed and he wouldn't admit it. The customer before me was similarly upset as he refused to repair his second hand purchase for free also. If you are going to purchase an item from this store prepare for an unpleasant transaction if anything goes amiss and take the "warranty" with a grain of salt.

I see all who work at AV service center to be the absolute epitome of unprofessional Celtic Tiger charlatans, with zero interest in doing a decent job! Donal and his monkeys completely destroyed my new phone in for a warranty repair the whole ordeal took 9 weeks...... 9 WEEKS to get sorted out in the end Samsung had to give me a brand new phone as a result of their repair! Donal sent me back my phone 3 times each time more broken then the last!!! The amount of phone calls and nonsensical excuses were insane each time I called up It could only be compared to a babbling mad man with the mindset of a 4 year old!
