I spoke with a lovely girl who took all…read moremy details and gave me a call out time of between 4pm and 7pm for the following Thursday 10th april 2014 , i informed her that i had to have a precise time for me to be there as it was a holiday home in kerry and was 70 miles away from my main residence.I also informed her that it was imperative that it was done on that date as i had friends coming to the house on friday. she assured me there was no problem. On wednesday the 9th april I again rang and told another girl who was also very courteous that perhaps as they were attending on the following day would they service the shower in the main bathroom as well,she took the details and said she would get back to me . On Thursday i left for kerry and rang tw pierce on route to confirm arrival time ,the girl said i would be called back , shortly afterwards i got a call from a male caller telling me that there was NO SERVICEMAN IN KERRY ON THAT DAY... his flight home from holidays was cancelled !!!!! 2 simple questions .1..WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS BESIDES LEAVING ME TODDLE OFF TO KERRY ON A FOOLS ERRAND..2..IS THERE NO STAFF TO REPLACE HIM ?????
