I remembered a friend mentioning The Computer Man, based in Essex, who visited your home. I emailed the guy and within 20 minutes received a reply with an offer of visiting in the afternoon. WOW. Then, a phone call later, the engineer rang to say that if it was convenient he could visit within 30 minutes. He arrived dead on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty hard drive. A replacement was fitted and an upgrade to the RAM. Reinstall of Windows 10 and other drivers. All within an hour. Could you get more satisfaction. A reasonable price with, I noticed on the invoice, a discount on labour charges of 10%, because I am an 'old geezer'. Thanks, Matthew, for a great service.
