How could it not be their fault? On their website it says "book a reservation"... when you click the button it gives you tee times to reserve... what a complete joke. I won't be back.

The course rating is 71.5 and it has a slope rating of 134. Designed by Joseph L. Lee, the Turtle Creek golf course opened in 1970.

Tucked in a little known area just off of Mack Dairy Road (north) from Indiantown Road, THE DYE as it is called, became what it is today around 2005 - 06 when a visionary took what was a semi-private golf track, brought Pete Dye in to oversee an entire overhaul of the course, and built a traditional Florida style golf clubhouse. From the front of the club you're not blown away by opulence,... but inside is a rich dark wood interior stem to stern. The dining room(s) are well appointed, locker rooms are outta sight. Pro shop and the practice areas are first class. And then there is THE DYE. This course is actually fun. Yes, fun! Having played The Players Course at Sawgrass, Long Cove on Hilton Head Island,... both Dye masterpieces of deception and brute strength, THE DYE is a gem. Ample fairways, bunkering that is sneaky but not overly penal. A lot of water but in most places where you shouldn't be hitting tee shots or second shots. The teeing grounds, fairways and greens are immaculate with the greens usually running about 10 - 11 on the stimp. Fair and fast. THE DYE is one course that every player should see if the invitation is extended. Love it!

The event begins with check in from 7am where you'll sign a waiver and proceed to the adjacent tables to grab goody bags, golf shirts, hand rolled cigars and an umbrella which is a bad omen to hand out at a golf event, lol. Once you're checked in you're free to grab a hearty breakfast inside the clubhouse lounge. All your hot breakfast items plus fresh juice, coffee and everything for a hearty feast. Once you've filled your belly, head back outside to hit balls on the driving range or use one of the chip or putting facilities to sharpen your skills before hitting the links. This beautifully landscaped course will challenge golfers of any skill set. There's undulations along the way, plenty of water to manage your way around and lots of other obstacles to test your skills. Afterwards we were treated to lunch and a silent auction to help raise some more $ for a great cause. This is a great course and the MDA hosts a great event if you ever get the opportunity to attend and play.
