Extremely professional team, rented a play zone for my daughter's birthday. Brittney and the rest of the team were so communicative. They even helped me by offering table rentals when I was in a pinch! Called/texted me in advance, very punctual, very efficient. The kids had sooooo much fun. Would highly recommend for your next event. read more

My son's first birthday was exponentially more amazing due to Payton's Playspace play area for the kiddos! I already had high hopes as I read through the reviews before moving forward with the team and I only found them more and more helpful as I was trying to figure out what size would work etc. Last minute they were also easily able to accommodate extra hours despite their busy schedule. My son enjoyed it along with the other little kids and parents at my party thought it was such an amazing addition to allow them to keep their kids busy (especially young ones toddling around or with energy they need to get spent!) Highly recommend and would easily consider them again for our future parties. Very easy to communicate with and no fuss set up and break down of the play space. Thank you Payton's Playzone! read more

Had such a great experience with Payton's Playzone for my sons first birthday party. Brittney was very prompt at getting back to me with any questions I had. Last minute I asked if she was able to come to the venue earlier than expected and she was able to without any complaints! At the venue she asked what colors I preferred and even bought the cute bumble bee bouncer toys just to match my son's first "bee" day theme! All the kids had so much fun :) kept the kids occupied during the entire party!! Will definitely book them for the next party! read more

This business was so helpful and had an AMAZING STAFF! They set everything up early. You can customize what bounce house you want, the color of the ball pit balls, the soft play, all of it! It was our 4 year old's birthday and she enjoyed every part of it. She was using the slide, creating obstacle courses with the soft play, and bounced for hours. It was the perfect activity for the party. Thank you all for your great communication, great set up, and they sanitized everything while cleaning up for the next party. read more

Brittney saved my son's first birthday party!!! The day before the party, a bounce house company I had booked cancelled on me. In a panic, I contacted Payton's Playzone and Brittney came to our rescue. She was so down to earth and professional, which is ultimately why I chose to book with her. We got the white bounce house and it was perfect. The top if covered giving shade to the kiddos and the size was great for our space. I can't recommend this company enough!!! And I can't wait for the next birthday party so that I can hire them again :) read more

100% five stars. I rented a playzone soft play a few year back for my sons 2nd birthday. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. But never got around to writing a review :( He just had his 4th birthday & he was so excited and happy that we rented from them again. Everything was so clean and cute, brittney communicated everything so well & was so patient when i had A MILLION questions lol My baby girls first birthday is next month & we are so excited to have you guys back to celebrate. If you are thinking about renting a soft play my answer is 100% & where from? PAYTONS PLAYZONE! I looked through instagram at a handful of rentals prior to choosing them.. The prices were either crazy, equipment was crappy, bad communication... but luckily so found Payton's because prices were good, equipment is very nice and sturdy, and great people running the business. Thanks you guys! see you next month for my baby girls FIRST!! read more

I was very pleased with my decision to book with Payton's Playzone. The play area and bounce house were a total hit at my son's 2nd birthday party! I happened to book with them due to a mishap with another company, but I am glad I did. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. Britney provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and was very prompt with her responses. Everything from payment, to set up, to pick up was super easy on my end. Set up and delivery were included in the price since I was within the designated distance. Prices are waaaay better than a lot of the soft play rentals in the area. These are the best prices hands down! I ended up adding extra time to my rental and Britney was able to easily accommodate my new request. I highly recommend their services! read more

So as a military family sometimes we hear things through the grapevine of parents about gems like this one. We attended our neighbors daughters bday party and loved the product so of course we were quoted for our daughters bday party 2 weeks later. The owners were very prompt, very professional and lovely to talk with. They wipe down all the stuff when done and they assemble and pack up all the stuff themselves. Lysol was never in short supply and they also left a big bottle of hand sanitizer for the little ones when they were entering/exiting. Very high recommendations for this family business that truly caters to families. read more
