I already had high hopes as I read through the reviews before moving forward with the team and I only found them more and more helpful as I was trying to figure out what size would work etc. Last minute they were also easily able to accommodate extra hours despite their busy schedule. My son enjoyed it along with the other little kids and parents at my party thought it was such an amazing addition to allow them to keep their kids busy (especially young ones toddling around or with energy they need to get spent!) This business was so helpful and had an AMAZING STAFF! They set everything up early. You can customize what bounce house you want, the color of the ball pit balls, the soft play, all of it! It was our 4 year old's birthday and she enjoyed every part of it. She was using the slide, creating obstacle courses with the soft play, and bounced for hours. ABSOLUTELY rent from Payton's Playzone!! They were so easy to work with and all of the kids loved it!! We rented the soft play area, a canopy, and corn hole for my daughter's 1st birthday and everything was amazing! My daughter was in there for at least 3 hours throughout the party and there was never a time that it was empty. It was in constant use. I happened to book with them due to a mishap with another company, but I am glad I did. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. Britney provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and was very prompt with her responses. Everything from payment, to set up, to pick up was super easy on my end. Set up and delivery were included in the price since I was within the designated distance. Prices are waaaay better than a lot of the soft play rentals in the area.
