All 4 of my door windows have specs of dirt that is very visible stuck in the tint and one window has bubbles in the tint. I was charged extra for how the cut had to be made for the back window of my car and the tint looked like a 5 year old cut it. I waited a couple of weeks to see if the bubbles would work their way out and when they didn't, we called to get it fixed. The guy had me bring the car up and I pointed out the issues. He said to call on Monday for an appointment. We dropped my car off again the following week to ge the issues fixed. We got there and they did fix the tint piece that was hardly visible and the jagged cut on the back window, but didn't fix any of the problems on my 4 door windows which are the most visible! 1 window now also has a scratch through the tint where the guy was trying to argue about the bubbles and scratched the tint rubbing his nail on it. For $350 I expected perfect tint on my vehicle. Inside Out does terrible window tint work and has awful customer service. Oh and when you pick your car up, you will be able to smell the cigarettes that the installers smoke and you can't even put your windows down to air it out since there's wet tint. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

During his last visit, he commented on our bathroom window, which we had been meaning to re-do. It had an old spray film on it for privacy that needed to be done over. James came to my home on July 6, 2024…read moreand spent quite a bit of time here, going over window film, measuring windows, and discussing insulation coverage in my garage attic. I gave him a deposit for the window film and paid up front for the insulation so he could purchase materials. There was a snag related to his bank issuing a hold on the check I wrote him, causing a small delay, which was fine. He was set to come out July 16. He texted early that morning (July 16) with a family emergency and I spoke to him later on in that day; I do believe this situation did occur as he was very upset on the phone. We stayed in contact over the next week as the family situation continued. On July 22 he messaged that his truck was broken into, and some related personal things occurred after that kept him from coming out. He then made a plan to come out on July 31. On August 8 I messaged him that at this point it seemed circumstances would keep him from doing the job and I requested a refund. He did message the next day that he couldn't do a refund but would be out the next Wednesday or Thursday to do the film. Tuesday Aug 13 he messaged that his truck was not ready and he hoped to borrow one for Friday, but on Friday that also feel through. Later that day he said he had a plan and would "for sure" be out at 9am on Wednesday, August 21. He no showed and despite messages and calls to him, I've not heard from him. While I certainly hope he is ok, at this point I just want to have a refund so I can get these things done. He definitely seemed to know his industry and I liked him, it's just been nearly two months now and the ghosting is the final straw for me.

I liked the pricing and quality of the work. I plan on getting the rest of the house done now since it turned out nicer than I expected. That room is much cooler and the glare is gone. My wife likes the privacy - you can't see inside from the back patio anymore. I would highly recommend Polk Window Films.
