The relationship with Boos & Associates started out good and the services they provided seemed to…read morebe very through in the beginning. As the work was completed for 3 years for the ERC everything seemed excellent. However after they received payment a total disclosure was not completed concerning the filing of amended returns. Their staff waited a full year, after receiving payment from the IRS on the ERC submission, to ask about them filing the amended returns and then another six months before they were completed. As a result penalties and interest on the amended returns were very high. They assumed no acceptance of responsibility on their part for their negligence and no compensation was ever offered. A wise and professional Accountant-Client transparency would have been to tell the client when the amended returns need to be filed avoid penalties and based upon the payments received from the ERC what the estimated tax would be on the amended returns. The $50,000 dollars they charged to file the ERC returns certainly was not consistent with industry standards especially when I as the client had pay additional for the amended returns and taxes, penalties and interest. I definitely would not recommend Boos and Associates if you are a small corporation, Non Profit, Sole Proprietor or LLC. The quality of service is not consistent with the prices they charge, I am not sure Wayne is aware of the lack of communication and clarification his team makes to small business clients because they have become so large with high paying clients that they have lost the personalized touch that small businesses need,
