We had a thoroughly miserable experience with these solicitors. A simple three-chain move took five…read moremonths as a result of the conveyancing solicitor that we had paid, constantly not answering calls, emails and other correspondence from us, the vendor's solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. It became impossible to speak to anyone there who was supposed to be dealing with our case. We would be promised callbacks that never happened. The only time you could get through to someone in charge was if you asked for complaints - the line for which was usually engaged. I had to spend weeks making repeated phone calls, multiple times per day just having to chase them up to keep things going. At one point, one of the other solicitors in the chain told his client that he thought the deal was off as he had had no response from our solicitor for so long and the other was advising his client to pull out. On the rare chance that we were actually able to speak to the solicitor that had been assigned to us he was belligerent in the face of any of our complaints. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this firm. An appalling company.
