I can see why he is #1 in this division, had a no-pressure demeanor and I liked that. Customer service is #1 here, super nice facility, very clean, and has nice resting areas where you wait for maintenance or repairs. Or they will come pick up your car from work or home and drop off a loaner. If you live in Columbia and need a ride to the airport they will come pick you up from home. Car wash also available on site that you can just drive through and theyll dry and vacuum your car afterwards. I want to buy a Lexus! From Lalo! But I dont live in Columbia...so there's that. I know the dealership in my town doesnt have that level of customer service...if I had lived in Columbia I would have bought one same day just for the perks...plus the Lexus is just nicer and smoother than the Toyota we test-drove. Highly recommended this dealership and honestly...I dont even like dealerships...

On July 3, 2025, it broke down completely and requires a full engine replacement ($10,000-$12,000). My 30-day coverage expired, and without an extended warranty, the dealership refused assistance. I requested a trade or replacement, but they declined. It is not reasonable that a purchase of this magnitude last just beyond the standard 30 day warranty. To any reasonable consumer, a $15,000 vehicle purchase represents a significant investment, and it is expected that such a purchase would provide reliable use for more than a single month. A total engine failure within 45 days renders the product essentially worthless and undermines the very purpose of the transaction. I voluntarily returned the vehicle to the dealer, and they still have it. I am left with a $15,000 loan on a non-running car with almost no use. Between the sales practices, conflicting pricing, and early failure, I believe the business is engaging in misleading and predatory practices.

I drove the car less than 1000 miles and it was less than a month later from the purchase date when engine light came on and the transmission died (I'm a very conservative driver). After the transmission was replaced "TWO TIMES" by two different transmissions, the check engine light came back on a week after the transmission was repaired. I contacted Drivetime. They took no responsibility for selling me a car I now can't afford as a result of the multiple issues with the car. I NEED A RELIABLE VEHICLE!! This car literally put me completely down while driving it twice!!! I need to get to my medical appointments!!! This undependable car put me in situations that could've landed me in the hospital or even worse. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and this car left me stranded!!! Do you know how scary that is!! A portable oxygen tank is powered through the car while driving. What if my oxygen tank would have died while being stranded in the interstate out in this hellacious heat?! This company put my LIFE at risk!!! This is the only transportation I have. And I'm at a $1800+ loss. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! They treated me like I was the one that was suckered into a trusted purchase from them! I have not been treated fairly or with any kind of concern for the LEMON they sold me!!!!!!

After my shock at that passed, I asked if I could see the car please. I sat in the car and he continued to make nasty comments to me and my friend. This place is a rarity in that it was easy, the value was there, and the two dealers were honest brokers. I always reference if I would send my mom to a dealership or repair shop as my level of expectations. This time, I actually *did* send my mom here to buy her new car. She walked out incredibly happy, Brian and Charles were amazing. This dealership isn't a churn shop; each car they purchase goes through a full inspection and basic repairs, and they don't sell it if it isn't up to spec. This is better than some brand name dealerships that we went to immediately prior to this. I have a few more used car purchases in the next couple years. You can be damned sure this is my first stop.

They provide a home sales advocate through a program called realty plus, it was very helpful both in selling our home and buying our home. whenever I had questions that were not being answered quickly enough for my taste, my advocate would get an answer quickly. I even had to change the type of home loan in the middle of the purchase process and they just rolled with the changes. No banking institution is perfect however I have found Navy Federal very supportive and I like the banking relationship we have established
