The worst part is trying to pay for your goods and get out of the store - always huge queues at the checkouts. I would rather travel the extra distance to another store to avoid this.

We are supposed to receive text messages when the prescriptions are ready to collect. Very rarely are they ready when we make the journey to town to collect them, and have to wait or are asked to call back. Is this a ploy to make us stay in store to browse and spend money?? They have a small range of make up but they dont have as much as they have in the Chatham store. They sell other things like drinks and snacks too which is handy if you have a Boots card as you can get the points.

It is conviniently located in kestrel and there are ample parking spaces nearby. They remain closed from 1-2 pm which can be a pain at times if you forget. The staff are always very polite and help everybody with the prescriptions and with anything at all which needs their attention, including going over very slowly and several times over the small details on the prescription with their elderly customers. The place is always very neatly arranged .The only drawback is that the doors are swing-shut heavy doors which are difficult to manouver with a buggy or if you have a wheelchair.
