I have been to this location a few times over the years ,the staff is nice,and the lines aren't that long, plus there is a western union.you also have the old candy ball & toy machine from the 1980s.It reminds you of the old days in nyc when you had check cashing spots on every other corner. I know do to all this technology,direct deposit, online banking, smartphones, check cashing places are becoming fewer and fewer almost obsolete. But we still need these kinds of places for some the community that hasn't changed with the times or can't for what ever reasons. So this queens check cashing place is still definitely needed in the community up on jamaica Avenue.

At 357pm the security comes outside and says the bank is closed and cannot take anyone else. I explain how I've been waiting on line for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to the branch manager. I'm waiting and waiting, she finally comes to the door and says I'm not coming outside. I say it messed up that you have the nerve to treat people like because of Covid 19 . You had elderly people waiting. She walks away , I wait until they let an elder person out of the bank and I walk in. She calls the police on me , gets my account closed. She's a real nasty person ,chase I understand its a stressful because I too work everyday during the pandemic. However I would never treat a customer this way shame on you.
