I appreciated her suggestions to replace some of the expensive flowers of my Pinterest finds with similar, lower cost, blooms to achieve the same look and fit my budget. She maintained outstanding communication over the months and days leading up to my wedding and was flexible with some late changes I added. The results just made me brighten and smile on our wedding day where I was teary from unexpected rain that forced a ceremony location change. They came to my house and surveyed to see how and where they needed to plant. The owner came, I believe his name was Len, he was very nice and helpful, and threw in an extra tree for free just to make it look better. I talked to Leah, and Sam over the phone about what days to plant, and they came the days that worked best for me! They planted quickly and it looked amazing! They cleaned the dirt off my road and even fixed some grass another landscaper screwed up early that year ( k. Coulgh landscaping) Nice to see such a nice and productive family company with such competitive prices and helpful workers. The trees have been thriving for three years now and I will definitely use Brochu again.

The drop was made in the wrong location. These are fundamental errors. It was the truck driver who did not compare the invoice to the load, dropped the trees without asking where we wanted them and drove off with a flat bed trailer that had a thin layer and small piles of dirt that likely ended up wind blown all over the road. But, Broschu Nursery hired such a driver so their reputation suffers a bit from this feedback. The driver said to me in departing while shrugging his shoulders, "I'm just a truck driver."

I used 1-800-FLOWERS & for some reason they chose this flower shop when my Mom lives in Portsmouth. Now I know you won't get exactly like the photo but it wasn't even close. I ordered a medium size arrangement & it looked so small. It barely had any flowers in it & lots of greenery. The one on line was packed full of flowers. It was suppose to have blue flowers in it & she got purple. The flower arrangement was specificity a sympathy arrangement. I'm not sure how all this on line ordering from an 800 flower shop works but if they pick a flower shop to provide the arrangement that was ordered & they don't have the flowers to do it then they should decline the order. Even my Mom reached out to me & told me I should call & complain but not just because the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the one I ordered but because the next day she said the flowers were wilting. Dying already on day 2...?????? What the heck?? My Mom had to deal with the dog's death now she has to look @ flowers that are already dying on day 2 & look horrible??? I hate to rate a business a 1 star but come on........this was a horrible experience & this makes me to never want to step foot into this flower shop. Luckily 1-800-FLOWERS was very understandable when I called them to complain about my issues. I even offered to send them photos as proof but they declined. They offered to have another arrangement sent, the same or even better. I was skeptical cause if they couldn't' get it right the first time what if they mess it up again?? Flora Ventures you guys need to do a better job on your on-line flower orders. Think about yourself & only make and send an arrangement that you would want to receive. Don't send a crappy arrangement out. What a waste of time & money. Plus your making the business look bad.

Please folks - don't use 1-800 flowers and certainly don't use Flora Ventures! They could have gone to the supermarket and put together a much nicer arrangement than this for $25!! Flora Ventures should be embarrassed by this! I asked them to come pick it up and refund the charge but that's "not possible" . Important to note - I am very thankful for the gesture from my office and I know I'm so lucky someone cares enough to send something, I'm grateful!
