It was suppose to have blue flowers in it & she got purple. The flower arrangement was specificity a sympathy arrangement. I'm not sure how all this on line ordering from an 800 flower shop works but if they pick a flower shop to provide the arrangement that was ordered & they don't have the flowers to do it then they should decline the order. Even my Mom reached out to me & told me I should call & complain but not just because the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the one I ordered but because the next day she said the flowers were wilting. Dying already on day 2...?????? What the heck?? My Mom had to deal with the dog's death now she has to look @ flowers that are already dying on day 2 & look horrible??? I hate to rate a business a 1 star but come on........this was a horrible experience & this makes me to never want to step foot into this flower shop. Luckily 1-800-FLOWERS was very understandable when I called them to complain about my issues. I even offered to send them photos as proof but they declined.
