Lisa and Mary came to the house for the meet and greet, go over the necessary paperwork, and to discuss/ show them our daily routine with the pets (2 German Shepherds, 3 parakeets, 2 bunnies). The second time was the following weekend with 1-2 days notice. Both times, I received updated texts and Lisa made sure we didn't need anything else the night we were to return. I'm glad she did as we were arriving hours later than expected and she made the extra trip. Lisa is genuinely involved in what she does and I loved that she acknowledged and congratulated my son on his championship win with a note on the white board, he greatly appreciated it!! While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

He catered to her needs, made her special food, and continued to check up on her long after the stay was over. In all seriousness, I couldn't recommend not only his services, but his love and attention any more. I feel so comforted and safe going on short to long trips knowing my home and my fur babies are in his care. 12/10 will always recommend!
