I reached out to them on this and without hesitated made sure we received our items again. My dog has a grain allergy, but after talking to the woman working at the bakery (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) about the ingredients used for all the treats, I decided to give it a try. My dog normally throws up within a couple minutes of eating something containing grains, but she didn't have a reaction to the freshly baked treats from Pawsitively Sweet. Placed an online order and accidentally picked wrong pick up date. Although there was a delay in response, I was able to pick up the cake the day that I wanted it. So thankful for that! The cake was very cute and my Shelly liked it. She's a very picky eater but she ate some of it. My other dog devoured a piece. This place also has other doggy items inside the shop/bakery. So I tried to make an order online it wouldn't work. Cool. I called and the lady was rushing me. I told her I wanted a dog birthday cake and I wanted it pink. She already got the color wrong so I should've known better and nor did she asked me a flavor choice. I tried calling after I seen the receipt say a ready to go cake not a birthday cake but no answer. So I texted and instead of calling me back and making sure my order is right She very rudely told me the color is pink not blue like I had told her. We did not plan it. We just went to the bakery. The lady there welcome us and star helping us right away. She gave us different suggestions. We were happy with all of them. Told us what to do with the left over cake. We wanted to personalize the cake and they were able to help us with that. Besides being a bakery they have a lot of cute stuff of the puppies. PAWsitively Bakery has been the go to place for our fur-babies cakes since we adopted him back in 2020. He is always delighted when seeing the cakebox, including today for his 7th birthday. The staff is always helpful, kind and welcoming. They even have lovely accessories (hats, bandanas, etc) and decorations (fiesta banner in first photo), to go with the theme no matter the occasion. I drove by this place without seeing it for about 6 months. I'm so happy I looked on Yelp for a doggy bakery. This place is tiny but it has everything you need to spoil your pet. I can't even describe how yummy the treats are, according to my dog. The pup pizza was gone in one minute for my boy. this was my first time ordering from them and upon going to pick up my $65 order it wasn't there. i then proceeded to call and ask about it and was told there shouldn't be an order there, and then told after she had checked that her baker forget to make my order. she had made every single order but mine. the lady on the phone (i believe her name was ester) then said i could take whatever was there and she would refund me $7 for what is not there. the way she spoke to me as if it wasn't that big of a deal was not okay and it was completely unprofessional on her end for not refunding me the full amount due to the negligence of her baker. i was excited about this place but this experience completely ruined it for me :(. read more

Our pup just LOVES the EmPAWnadas from here! We had bought him some goodies at the Pearl Farmer's Market. Yesterday we were in town and decided to stop by the actual location. For a small building they have a lot! Dog-friendly ice cream, y'all! They have outfits and hats and bandanas galore. Last minute I wanted to see if I could find a cake for my 8 year old chiweenie. I found Pawsitively right away and called them. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and said that they did have on hand cakes available. I was able to pre-pay for the cake and pick it up same day, which was great because I decided to buy this cake last minute. The lady that helped me was very helpful when I got to the store and gave me instructions about refrigerating and when it would be OK for the dogs to eat the cake. I didn't know when I was calling to inquire about the cake that you get a free bag of dog biscuits as well. Those were a big hit with my boys. They got the chicken pot pie flavored biscuits and love them very much. My other dog Louie has a birthday coming up in November and I will definitely be returning to order his cake. read more

We went by today and asked for soft items. We were told that both items we picked were very soft. That's not the truth. The "freshly" baked POP TARTwas EXTREMELY HARD!!! We could not even cut it with $100 knifes. Very expensive for poor quality. SIGHHHH. They also sell tough chews that are $1.75 at pet supplies for over $9 each. They just take off the plastic wrapper. What in the world!!!! read more

I bought a cake here back in May, the cake was beautiful had so many compliments by everyone. So I was super excited when they told me they did custom cakes. I ordered Emma's cake for her 4th of July party. Omg! When I got there to pick it up! It was not what I expected. I told the lady that it was not what I expected. We talked about how the frosting looked like it had melted and just looked like a mess overall. I compared her cake to other cakes in the fridge and she insisted that the others looked better because those were "custom". Not once did the girl who took my "custom" order over the phone tell me that they had frostings with different ingredients! Or offer me one that wasn't going to look like Emma's all messy and melted. All she could say was I don't have anyone here to rebake you another. So she insisted that by taking it to the back and redoing or adding some of the red, white, blue dots would make it look better. They definitely know why they have this no refunds no exchanges policy! And to top it off $52! Super bummed! Won't be buying from this place again. So I was looking for something for my dogs last minute (I know, shame on me) and I can across this. It's in a tiny little shopping area and easy to miss. It's not exactly what I expected since it was a tiny hole in the wall. The cakes themselves weren't over the top but the young lady working was super knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and made sure our dogs dietary needs were met. They didn't have a wide variety when I got there unfortunately but it was last minute. This is an excellent dog bakery! We have four dogs and we get them a cake to share for their birthdays. It's so much fun; and they love it.
