They immediately informed us that they were booked through January, but just for future reference, we wanted to ask a few questions about their facility. Perhaps we would revisit in February or during our other travel dates, so thought it was appropriate to still ask. The person we spoke to was very short with her responses, unwelcoming, and we got the impression that she did not want to speak with us. It's unfortunate that we had this experience, as we live very closeby and had read many great reviews. Your website invites potential customers to call/contact regarding boarding and other services, but that was not at all the impression we got today. We were able to book with another facility in New Braunfels that worked with us, and even took a little extra time to find a spot for our 2 doodles. Maybe you will have a different experience than we did, but we will not be calling back.

The salon is adorable as the owner as the owner's puppy! Coco needed a wash, cut and all the fixings, so called Ashley and she had an appt. set up for us. Ashley and new young lady, Madison who I met are the best ever ladies that take great care of my bichon frise /poodle rescue from 1.5years old and now is 11 years young. I believe Coco is mostly poodle and very clever. She has an innocent soul. Perhaps old soul that we had life together. Who knows, but Coco is my delightful fur babe!
