UPDATE: (from three to four stars) I have spoken with one of the owners, Kendall, after leaving…read morereview on an auto link sent after pick up! She went above and beyond to make this situation better, giving me clarity on how things work and what to expect next time if I were to bring my pup again. After about 6 months of not coming, a dog should have another orientation to decide if he could play with other pups, which he didn't get; so then realizing he is an unaltered male, by default he was only to play by himself (with employee). Simply a miscommunication issue, I was refunded money but had other options like to accept a free orientation day or another daycare day. The three 15 minute play times is accurate and standard. Just so you are clear as a new customer, for unaltered and altered pups. As I mentioned before, always great customer service. _________ You can tell employees care about the dogs that visit and they always have great customer service. They also have an organized and covid friendly drop off and pick up system put together. I do not think this is a bad business, they will be my go to for lodging! I just do not recommend daycare or at least not with the expectations that I had. I was told and under the impression that my dog would be in the enrichment program, which included activities to stimulate the mind like courses, games, art, etc and one to two other dogs as playmates. Which you do pay basically double for! ($44 for 10am-3pm) When I went to picked him up, I noticed him FULL of energy... like disgustingly lol-- to the point that I couldn't help but inquire how much play time he had received. I was told 15 minutes. I quickly and with concerned responded " from 10am- 3pm, he only had 15 minutes of play?" and was clarified that that was in 3 separate increments. Still concerned with how much energy I received my dog with, I asked "did he play with any other mates?" and I disappointedly found my answer, which was "no". The first time I took Baloo for daycare, my expectations were met. He had played with pups, came home and slept for a good amount of time and had even received pictures of him out in their yard with other pups on their IG and FB. I brought him to daycare to rid some energy and play with others pups, since I was not able to make it to the dog park like I do every other day. I will be reluctant to bring him back for daycare again.

My trainer Dave came and he was just as amazing as Hope was we ended up doing  programs with them and my boy is the most well behaved doggie ever thanks to them. I cant say he is a fully trained service dog because no dog is ever 100% done learning and training but All American set the foundation for greatness with my Big boy and I truly thank them for that

We moved to the area and I was doing my best to keep his training up but needed help getting him and myself over the finish line. I called All American Dog training and Hope was amazing at answering all of my initial questions and really taking the time to see if they could meet our needs. She set us up with an evaluation with Dave at our home and we started public access training about 2 weeks after. Dave was very patient with me and my dog and took the time to explain the method behind the training. He was great at communicating and is extremely knowledgeable as a dog trainer. Whenever I felt stuck and I couldn't get the appropriate response from my dog he would take the time to troubleshoot and give me the tools we needed to work as a team. They also made themselves available so we could reach out anytime between lessons if we had any questions or simply needed motivation. - Quick Evaluation and Program Options - Great Customer Service - Gentle Training Method - Great Results

We had to wait until someone could bring him from Orlando. They didn't even have the decency to call us and tell us he went to the vet or he had to go back to the vet after that, where he then died! Be careful with this place. You have no idea what they are actually doing with your dog.

If you care about your dog don't bring him here. I am writing this post as many friends have told…read moreme I need to let other people know. As well as the fact that Rick, the owner has not followed up with me after I told him I was at the vet and my dog was dying which baffles my mind. I brought my 9 month old puppy here to get trained on his behavior as we were having a baby and needed some help. We dropped our dog off on a Tuesday Morning. He was in a healthy state and had went to the vet 3 week prior to get his shots and flea medicine. We were told he was a healthy pup ( we knew there may be some neurological issues). On Wednesday after we dropped him off at training, we reached out asking for an update and got NO RESPONSE. On Thursday, we reached back out and got a response a few hours later advising that our dog is not doing good in training and we need to pick him up Friday, but they will call Friday morning to discuss further. We get a phone call Friday URGENTLY advising us that we need to pick up our dog ASAP as his health is going down hill and we may need to take him to the vet. I arrived to the faculty around 11am on Friday, my dog was soaking wet and had peed and pooped on himself. The facility response to him being in this state, was "Im sorry, but this is the 3rd or 4th time your dog has pooped himself we cant keep cleaning him and drying him off we have other dogs to deal with." When I spend $3,000 for a week of training I expect my dog to be handled with nothing but care and love. Instead, I got a tired group of people who only wanted to deal with "easy" dogs. So then I had to put a wet and pooped covered dog in my car. (Rick the owner acknowledged this was not good and he would talk to the his team.) On my way home, the dog pooped straight blood all over the place. We took him to the ER that Friday afternoon, where I was informed he had a temperature of 94 degrees. The vet was very concerned the way that this training facility had handled our dog. He had to stay at the vet overnight. After 1 day, he finally had a normal poop and the vet found flowers and seeds in his poop. This 100% did not come from my house as I have an artificial turfed back yard that is fenced in and it had been since Tuesday that he was at the facility. Per Rick, the dog was supervised and never ate anything besides dog food which is obviously not true. I called Rick to inform him of our vet visit and told him my dog was in very rough shape. After a short conversation with him, I never heard back from RICK with any follow ups or concern for my dog. Our dog died 1 week later. Im not saying that this facility killed my dog, as now I believe our dog may have had underlying health issues before this, that we were unaware of. However, I am saying that this facility had a lack of care and love for my dog to the point that I find the way they cared for my pup insulting and disgusting. I would never bring a dog or recommend someone who loves their dog to come. I called Rick again and received his voicemail to which Rick never followed up with me on and never followed up to see how my dog was. Im sure Rick will find out once he responds to this review/message. Also, I ended up paying $500 for this experience. What I want to know is why no one followed up with a phone call on Wednesday or Thursday when I reached out? Why was I the one reaching out for updates? Also, Why did I finally get a call Friday when it was an emergency to pick up my dog and not beforehand? Why did I pick up a dog soaking wet covered in poop and freezing cold? Per the vet, if I would of left my dog at the facility and longer on Friday, he would of died of hypothermia. No facility that claims to take care of anyones pet should leave an animal in this state. You would think a prestigious training facility such as this, would have taken better care of our family pet.

We have a two-year itinerary to travel the country so she will be in all kinds of situations. Sit Means Sit offered us a fantastic way to help us train her. Chris and Megan are the owners and were extremely knowledgeable, Professional and friendly. In a nutshell, they offer a 10 day course where she was boarded and they worked with her periodically throughout the day to learn nine basic commands: Sit, Wait (to keep her from running out of any door), Come, Heel, Crate/Kennel, Off, Quiet, etc. They then offer several follow up private lessons that help us to continue with the training at home. And they were more than willing to meet us in any location so we could experiment with different situations and distractions. My husband and I feel the cost was worth every penny. As mentioned, in addition to her safety she is a better behaved dog, we are able to bring her to more places and people are always happy to meet her as she is a well mannered puppy!
