Apparently not they wanted to charge us to bring home a bloody plastic cone to protect her knee?!? From what it wasn't even having stitches they simply inserted a needle and drained that's like telling everybody who gets their dogs. Their vaccinations are going to need a cone because your dog's gonna scratch that area now.. lmao Omg they will suggest the most expensive versions of any prescription they give you and they will continually talk down to you regardless they don't even ask you what your history or experiences with dogs in general frankly I don't think they even care if you knew anything. Not not impressed the assistant was the only one who was sweet even then we had to repeat three times while we were there.

I love that the treated my kitten with such love and when we had to return today for a slight infection they remembered him and were so sweet to him and I. Right there 5 stars The doctor gave him great stitches, my little guy still managed to pull them out on day 3 and 7. There were two sets. However, he healed really well, even though we have a little infection. I love the ladies here and would recommend anyone bring your pet here. Your pet will be treated like their own and isn't that what you want.

The shop is tucked away in the…read moreback alley just off of 127th Ave and 119th St. If you didn't know what you were looking for it'd be hard to spot. They do have a small stand on 127th, and lots of signs in the back but it was helpful to know that it was in the back. The outside is very basic, but that's all I need. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about dogs (I mention dogs but they probably know about other animals only on the basis that I have a dog). One of the staff, I assume the owner, has a dog as well and she was willing to share some tips with me from her experience with dogs. The animals are well taken care of as my dog seemed so chipper after taking him in for a grooming. They groom as best they can to your requests (I'm not the pickiest when it comes to grooming, just clean, cut, wash, and trim). They were also were good when it came to asking questions about the overall health and well being of the animals, giving suggestions as ways to keep my dog healthier in his old age. Having said all this, I think this is my go to place when it comes to grooming for my dog. It doesn't have all the flash of a petsmart or some other big retail chain, but they do have the personal touch that doesn't make it feel like a big corporation. They also apparently have dog sitting services as well. 10/10 would come again. Side note, they did a good job of keeping the dog that was neutered away from the other animals at the shop (another customer brought their dog for a grooming that wasn't neutered).

The owner dropped off her dog and have never seen her precious Lola again, the owners of Petlane have not cooperated with the owner and refuse to provide video footage to prove that Lola left the building. So this leaves the question, did Lola even leave the building , was she stolen from inside, was she injured? No one knows and each day the owner, Samantha becomes more distraught and saddened. The owners of Petlane refuse to talk to Samantha . Just disgusting.

Absolutely appalling treatment from a long-trusted clinic…read more I've been a loyal client at Oxford Vet for over 7 years and never imagined I'd be writing a review like this. We brought our dog in for a laceration repair, paid nearly $1000 for the procedure, and followed their instructions to the letter--including returning a week later for stitch removal. Within an hour of leaving the clinic, the wound reopened. We brought our dog back immediately, worried and looking for help. Instead, the male veterinarian came out with an aggressive, condescending attitude. He instantly blamed us, accusing us of not properly monitoring our dog and insisting we must have let him lick the wound--despite the fact that our dog had his cone on at all times and was closely supervised. When I expressed concern, he snapped that he "won't tolerate me taking it personally" and told me I was welcome to take my dog elsewhere. This was after I had just paid him $1000 and my dog was now in pain again. Only after insisting he take responsibility did he agree to re-sedate and re-stitch the wound--then told me I would not be welcome back to the clinic. There was no empathy, no reassurance--only arrogance, defensiveness, and blatant disrespect. He even said I was "making a big deal out of nothing," as if my pet's ongoing pain was irrelevant. His tone was hostile, and his body language was confrontational, as though daring me to challenge his "20 years of experience." Sadly, after this experience, I read other reviews and realized I'm far from the first person to be treated this way. Multiple customers have reported this same vet's aggressive, rude behavior and complete lack of bedside manner. The front desk staff at Oxford have always been wonderful, and my past experiences were positive--but this incident was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. I won't ever return, and I strongly urge others to read the negative reviews and think twice before trusting this clinic with their beloved pets
