I needed to get him in quickly so we went to Bigger Rd., Springboro. He can be anxious and reactive and had a bad experience at a different vet. They were absolutely wonderful! I could not be happier with the care and attention they gave my dog. They ensured that he was as relaxed and safe as possible. The facility is really cute inside, and they were very efficient. I am so glad I chose to go to this vet. I picked the location because it is close to my house, and easy to schedule online. I was able to provide a lot of information about his fear and anxiety before we went, and i pre-filled out his paperwork online. Excellent experience!!

All staff was very understanding and went out of their way to answer any questions and advise us. Along the same lines, we never felt that we were being 'sold' extra unnecessary expensive treatment that we are quite sure we would have through our old vet. We drove 40 minutes each way for every appointment and need our dog had and passed many other vets along the way, Well worth the trip. When we get our next dog, we'll be back!

Our cats are indifferent, but the staff makes them comfortable. We love that they have a separate entrance for cats and dogs. Even though our cats are fine with dogs, I know many are not, so this makes things a lot easier for pet owners. Twin Maples also has an on-site hospital, so they can handle emergencies as well. We haven't ever had an issue with scheduling or getting our pets in when they are sick. The staff is also great at returning our phone calls and letting us speak with the vets on the phone with questions. We like them so much that after we had a horrible experience with Paws Inn on Kingsridge with the cats we co-own with a family member, we moved them over to Twin Maples and have been very pleased with the switch.

I took my 11 year-old pitbull in because she has a tumor in her ear and a secondary ear infection…read morewas referred by Dr. Vincent at the veterinary clinic and was told that it was gonna cost me $144 I had $200 total on me that's all the money I had to help get my dog together my service dog get that and was told because I didn't have the money for the anabiotic compound that they have for her ear infection because I didn't have $70 to pay for it. All I had was the money for steroids, but if they were gonna charge me $70 to do a ear swab, I would've thought that I mean come on now you could've at least given her the medication for her ear and let me pay for the steroids instead of trying to refer her to one surgeon they could cost up to $2500. they may not even be able to do the surgery to go to another doctor that would cost over $5000 to take her ear canal out and because I couldn't afford the vet cost or get any help with it through fundraising and donations and things they suggested I put my dog down

Burris and dr. grant are the main people I've worked with here, and i love them. weve brought three dogs and a rabbit to them over the years. when we had to bring our bichon in to be euthanized, they were very compassionate and I took notice of the measures they took to make the experience as comfortable as possible. they are extremely rabbit savvy! both dr. grant and dr. burris owned rabbits in the past, and have cared for several rabbits over the years. they have been fantastic in making sure I always have access to the meds my pets need, and have always been easily reachable for questions. most importantly, they are not judgy and have never made me feel bad about long nails, or my buns fur that mats so easily. I've had poor experiences at different vets in the area, but I can always count on evergreen for compassionate help.
