The prices are not good. I shop a lot. I shop around even more. There wasn't much of anything I would even consider. The guns are priced not too far from retail. You can buy a new TV or a new gun for similar prices in perfect condition with a warranty. For example, they have a used Glock 42 for $419 you can buy that new with warranty from Academy for the exact same price. Come on. Probably gave the poor person selling it pennies. Extremely rude with an attitude which in turn gave me one back. Eagle Pawn down the road has always been super friendly and fair. Unfortunately they were just closed today. Not sure if you were the owner manager or just an employee, but you need to leave that attitude behind. You claimed my item was in poor condition because it wasn't polished. This place is alright. Buying from them is great, but they are extremely cheap (even for a pawn shop) when selling to them. If you want a fair sale price, Eagle Pawn down the road gives better prices. As far as buying goes, this place is hard to beat (at least for the area). No chance I'll ever walk through this building again. I'd sell my things for a lower price to eagle pawn simply for the respect and humanism that they portray. Pawnopoly, I walked in the door having never been before and immediately got very uncomfortable vibes from the staff- looked me up and down, snarked at me, overly direct almost demeaning when they speak (the big guy with an accent specifically) . Maybe he was having a bad day but I was shaken by the uneasiness I felt throughout that experience & even after I left. I am so absolutely done with this place! I cannot go in there without them losing my items or having some kind of problem no matter if I'm pawning an item or putting an item on layaway. Now that they don't take payments over the phone it is ridiculous. I still have one TV mount that I have already paid to get out and they still cannot find it even though when I paid it out of pawn they had it but couldn't not find the second one, jeez! It's not often I write reviews, but to save anyone from getting completely ripped off, is worth the effort. We came in to sell some silver pieces and jewelry. When he saw how much he had our store clerk rolled his eyes while asking another clerk for help. Picking up our bags of jewels they then walked away from us, backs turned while whispering and laughing. We couldn't see what it was they were doing exactly, but after a lot of scratching and magnet testing we were told that most of what we had was worthless. One of the initial items tossed aside after a magnet test was a white and yellow gold bracelet that cost me close to $500. Now I understand the losses you make at a pawn dealer, but the fact I was told it wasn't even gold was truly a red flag. We asked about the silver ornaments (all stamped 925) and were told for those we had to come back another day because there was too much to sort (5 pieces), and we were holding up the line with 2 people behind us. With it being 3.30pm and them closing at 5pm they had no time!? After a ridiculous estimate, I asked him to check my bracelet again. While checking I sorted through my bags and realized a pair of earrings were missing. When my husband inquired, they had been set way over to the side. We just wrapped it up at that point at which time we were told the bracelet was in fact "real" The last piece of useless information they were so knowledgable in sharing with us, still annoyed that we were taking up so much time, was that the silver we had would be pointless to sell because it's only worth $0.30 a gram. In actual fact it's worth $0.55. So don't waste your time. read more

I've bought a couple of guns there in the past few years. Each time I've been in everyone has been polite and friendly.

I had two gold 14k gold chains that I wanted to sell . I calculated the price before I left . Of course I knew I would get the full amount of gold value but one chain was about $500- & the other was $350- so I knew that there was at least $800- in gold . I thought they might offer me $500- but they offered me $90- for both pieces ! NOT ! and the customers selling stuff in there were very dirty & looked like they were on drugs & there was a guy with dreadlocks picking out rifles & it didn't look like no hunter , more like a gang member . Then they were cracking jokes about a gay guy that apparently is s customer , I thought they were all very unprofessional & I felt slightly scared of the guy looking at rifles & pointing them . I'd never step foot in that store again unless I had something stolen from me ! I really wouldn't recommend this store but each person has their own likes & dislikes . If there was zero stars I could give them I would P.S . I brought my chains to another store & got $450- which I thought was fare . read more

Randall and David are the only decent people that work in there! Frank is very rude and disrespectful! I took multiple pieces of gold and offered me $185, I took the same pieces to silver dollar pawn over in Roswell and they gave $311 so basically pawnopoly takes more of a % then any other pawnshop around also charge a higher interest rate.
