Specific instructions for twice daily walks were left in writing for the sitter. She denied all claims ( even with supporting evidence from Ring cameras and neighbors). She refunded $78 out of over $1000 paid for the week of care and then promptly removed my access from the app with no plausible explanation. We have used Camp Kitty in the past and had no concerns, but this time we were basically accused of lying and lacking trust when we brought up our concerns. To say we are disappointed is an understatement Dissatisfied with the care provided, but even more dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of professionalism in dealing with our concerns. Find another pet sitter!

We signed him up for group play, and the staff cheerfully let him run with the pack all day. They feed Blue Buffalo here, which Bear already eats at home, so his digestive system remained calm and civilized. The people who work here are happy and polite in that rare way that tells you they love what they do. My wife called twice to check on Bear, which required identifying him by last name because there were four Bears in the building, and they treated her questions like the most natural thing in the world. They even reported that Bear had made new friends. The morning we picked him up, he was washed, dried, and looking smug. It is not cheap. It is not outrageous either. It is simply worth paying to know that your dog is cared for by people who get it. The only small note is that the building is not staffed overnight, but that is more a fact than a flaw. If you need to leave your dog somewhere and want to feel entirely at peace, K9 Resorts Hamilton is a good choice.
