She is so money hungry!!! They don't give a damn about your pets they just want your money. One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed, and there was no communication with me before significant changes were made to her haircut. When I picked her up, nearly all of her hair had been shaved off, while her tail was left long and she was given a Mohawk. This was completely different from what I had requested. Had the groomer contacted me before proceeding with a haircut that differed so drastically from my instructions, I could have addressed the issue at that time. I requested a refund because the service I paid for was not what I received, but my refund was refused. I was instead offered a complimentary grooming service. I declined because, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I am very unhappy with both the grooming itself and the lack of communication. I believe customers should be able to expect their instructions to be followed and to be contacted if there is any uncertainty about how their pet should be groomed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this grooming service and would encourage other pet owners to consider their options carefully before booking an appointment.

First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.
