The shoes are not…read morevery good quality in my opinion and I very rarely shop here unless its for a pair of shoes to wear once. As they are not often leather they can be quite uncomfortable. Good for summer holiday shoes which you only want for your holiday. Most people probably know the product very well. The staff in this branch have always been helpful and courteous but the store always seems a bit untidy whenever I go in there, maybe I just have bad timing.

Princes Quay is a small shopping centre in Hull city centre, the state of the shopping centre…read moreright now for me is heartbreaking as it has so much potential. It's built over Prince's Dock which adds a unique twist to the centre, meaning as you walk along, you can see the river which looks so beautiful in the sunshine, yet the mall is full of either cheap, tacky stores or empty units. There are very few familiar brands in terms of shopping, other than a large Primark store. It does get better for food and drink, with some options including Nando's and Pizza Express and for leisure, there's a Vue cinema. The security staff in the mall didn't seem too friendly and made me feel uncomfortable just for wanting to visit Pizza Express. This place has so much potential, they need to shut the place down for however long it takes to renovate the mall and fill the empty units, as for now this is only going to be a place one would visit if heading to the cinema or a specific brand within the mall, it just seems depressing to walk through. 2*

The layout of the store is light and airy and easy for anyone to move around the store. They also have room for a larger selection of sale items during sale periods (before it gets moved to the Princes Quay store)and does seem to be too cluttered but with loads of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a number of fitting rooms located to the back of the store
