Although he explained…read morethat this was outside his primary area of practice and that there were potential conflicts within the local real estate community, he still spent nearly an hour reviewing my case and helping me understand my options. I came prepared with a detailed legal summary, a timeline of events, emails, photographs, property records, the applicable governing documents with the relevant provisions highlighted, and supporting documentation. Rather than simply skimming through everything, Zac took the time to carefully review my materials, read my legal brief, and discuss the strengths and challenges of my case. He answered every question honestly, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with genuine respect. Even though he couldn't represent me, he took the time to explain the challenges, offered thoughtful guidance, and provided several referrals and resources to help me find the right attorney. His professionalism, integrity, and generosity with his time genuinely impressed me. It's rare to find someone who is willing to help simply because it's the right thing to do. If I ever need legal counsel within his area of expertise, Zac Burgreen will absolutely be my first call. I truly appreciate his honesty, kindness, and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his firm.
