Delay after delay, but she assured me she got it done so I paid her. She knew I was out of town and was not going to be able to verify that the work was done. I checked in with the landlord a month later and he assured me no one had been there to clean anything. Dishonest small business owner honored my request for a refund. I would rather she cleaned the apartment I hired her to do than get the refund.
