I started looking over the estimate. None of the material was there and all the other things they charged me was a bunch of fluff that wasn't needed for the project! once I realize that there wasn't any sheet rock needed to be cut out which the sheet rock guy confirmed it didn't need to be cut out all of a sudden his boss called him and told him to cut a hole in my ceiling that wasn't necessary!! luckily, I was home to catch onto it, and I contacted my insurance immediately and had them come over to reevaluate the estimate which they also said was way over estimated! luckily, I was able to get my money back from Servpro but with no explanation! The whole thing was extremely strange. I'm still at odds at the situation. situations like this, make it truly hard to trust any company anymore!
