When I called the office back, I got a story about one of their guys who takes orders had been off work due to an illness and that they must have lost the order. After this, I called another Heat/AC place to see if they could get there sooner, and they were able to get there in 2 days and fix the issue. Now Russell and Lemay has charged me more to do nothing than the company that actually fixed the problem. I explained all the issues that I had with the way they treated me and they still want me to pay this bill, so I told them that I would pay it, had no problem paying it, as long as they didn't mind losing me as a customer.
