It's definitely a bit out of the touristy way since you will have to take the tram to the right bank and then walk a bit. However once you arrive, you'll find yourself in an old warehouse area reconverted to a restaurant and coworking space. It's a good place to spend an afternoon working on your laptop, find your lunch meeting, or I imagine grab a beer on a summer evening outside. The food is not the best in Bordeaux but it's simple and good. If you are vegetarian or want to eat healthy you'll find what you're looking for here. They also have a big organic store next to the restaurant.

I've only been here twice so that goes to show that this place made an impression on me. The first time I had an iced mocha which I was very, very happy about considering iced coffee is not a big thing here. I asked the man what was the difference between regular mocha and the viennoise and apparently it's just the whipped cream. Yesterday I took a friend and I got an iced matcha with a raspberry cheesecake and he got a cappuccino and the items were very presentable and IG worthy. There's free wifi and plenty of space. They even have an upstairs section. I'm here for a whole year so this place will be one of the places I spend a lot of time at!
