we hire Paul's Floors a number of years ago to install luxury plank in the upstairs portion of our home. They had to come back twice to do a complete reinstall because they screwed up the first one. Their 1 year warranty on labor is a laugh. I have been repairing their shoddy workmanship ever since. after 4 years of repairs, I think I might be seeing daylight. Would never recommend Paul's floors to anyone .....Paul's daughter avoids calls after promising to to send crews to finish the job .took my parents money .all that was promised during consultation was never kept .basically had to find her in person and threaten legal approach. Job was never finished properly...missing baseboard peices , places popping up , not sealed properly with gaps. Parents entire garage full of construction debris and left that way .complete incompetence. read more

Dealing with Abigail and her team has been THE most unpleasant experience. Phone calls and emails don't get returned and the business is often closed during their regular business hours. They have no problems returning calls when they're expecting your 50% deposit but after that, good luck receiving any kind of timely communication. It has been 8 months since we had our flooring done and we are still waiting for the job to be finished properly. As you can see in the pictures, the work was very sloppy. Work started late to begin with and took twice as long as promised. This isn't that surprising. However, the quality was sub par and despite numerous guarantees made by Abigail, they refuse to come back and complete the repairs. We have exposed nails, holes in the drywall, cracked baseboards, etc. They still have our baseboard paint after promising to fix the damages they made to them yet they won't return our many attempts to contact them. I would be surprised if they're in business much longer. Do yourself a huge favour and steer clear of this very unprofessional business. read more
