Jordan offered to take out all of the underbrush then let me inspect the big trees to be sure I wanted all of them cut down. I decided to keep three of them. They cut, hauled and chipped everything and raked what they could. Very satisfied with the job they did of pruning what was left. They were very easy to work with when I requested things. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think communication to schedule could have been a bit better. We will be using them again for my parent's property.

Two small bushes were casualties of the felling, but Hendel's replaced them a couple weeks later. Jarrod, the owner, readily admits he will match competitor's prices, so, for large jobs, you should get at least another estimate to save a little. I found their prices to be pretty reasonable for the quality of work (you can always hire someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for!). They would get five stars except their office and work teams don't seem to communicate very well. We had to place a few calls to get thing scheduled and to get the bushes replaced. After using it on an area to add topsoil, the planted grass refused to grow, indicating a form of contamination. Crushed limestone for a gravel driveway had stones and pieces larger than expected. Delivery and personnel are fine. The company seems to have poor products. The prices are good, but you're better off paying more for better product. Plus, Doug Evans has been found guilty of multiple cases of fraud and EPA violations. Why do business with this man?
