Our pediatrician advised us to see her in order to determine whether our 4-month old baby had an intolerance/allergy to cow's milk proteins after he had a weird reaction to formula. It took some time to get an appointment with her, but once we did she was everything we had hoped for. Not only did she explain very carefully the reasons why we had to take certain tests, the delays between them, she also accompanied us along the over the phone and via email to be sure that we had all of the info and assistance we needed to make a final conclusion about his situation, which thankfully was not an allergy at all!
