My sister and I were driving from Paris to Italy and stopped to get gas here. We were pretty shocked by this station. It has a bakery inside, a few little restaurants, restrooms, a play area for kids and a convenience store. We got a coffee at the café, then went to the convenience store. By the way, this is the coolest convenience store! They have everything a regular gas station store would have but then so much more! We ended up getting some cheese, prosciutto, a baguette, Evian and some carbonara potato chips. Pretty much everything we needed to make some sandwiches in the car. It was great. The bread was fresh baked and I had no reservations about eating prosciutto from a gas station. They just have high quality items for low prices! I would highly recommend stopping here along your adventure, it is great for a little break along the way.

I was coming around the corner, trying to find a restaurant for lunch (ended up being out of…read morebusiness, alas) when my battery ran out. No problem, I thought, as I reached for my spare battery. Unfortunately, I had forgotten the connecting cord, and since I still had another 5-6 hours in Dijon until I would head back to my room nearly an hour away, going without my phone wasn't a possibility, especially as I had at least one call I needed to take in the afternoon. I went into the closest convenience store, looking for a cord. He only sold a package which included the cord, the adapter, and a car adapter as well. I tried at first to only buy the cord, but he said 15€, when the entire package was 20€. I saw the tactic and rather than bargain the cord down to 10€ I just took the whole thing for 20€. Better to have an extra adapter anyway. Nice guy - clean shop.
