I go here, and it's nice. Coach Dav is the best coach there and teaches most of the boys team.read more

As a family with multiple children, we occasionally face unavoidable scheduling conflicts. When a sibling's performance overlapped with a practice, I asked about a make-up option. While I was allowed a one-time exception, I was told their policy only permits make-ups if the enrolled child has a school conflict. When I followed up with a manager, hoping for a more solution-oriented approach, I was told they'd discuss this policy further with their staff. Which alluded to that fact that they are planning to draw a harder line on this issue rather than attempting to find a suitable resolution. That's the opposite of what families like mine need. That policy doesn't reflect the reality of families managing more than one child. Important family events--like supporting a sibling--are just as valid, and this approach forces families into unnecessary tradeoffs. A more flexible make-up policy, even with reasonable limits, would go a long way. Supporting families should mean supporting the whole family unit, not just one child in isolation. Programs like this build loyalty when they recognize how families actually function. Adjusting this policy would make a meaningful difference.

The Little Gym of Smyrna - Such an adorable place

Love this little place!…read more I took my son here for an introductory class and it was such an amazing experience. Located in a quiet plaza on a street with major Hallmark Vibes, the Little Gym is a dream for little ones. It was so colorful when we walked in, it hit oozed "fun"! We were taken into the gym area that was full of soft play toys to roll over, crawl over, anything you can imagine. In our group there were 4 babies, all older than my little one but the instructor made the exercises work of them. The babies rolled, they danced and even had bubble time! At the time of our visit, my baby was about 5-6months and working on his rolling so he was frustrated but the teacher was so patient and kind. The first visit didn't turn out to be his favorite activity YET lol but I'm so excited to return for more classes now that he's progressed. There are memberships available but the pop-in classes are just as good for those who don't want to commit just yet. Seriously worth a visit or five with your little ones!

I didn't think I'd need a court order to see my own child's attendance records…read more My 5yo has been at this studio for about 3 years I've been an involved parent the whole time and the staff knows I'm the dad. After my ex and I separated, I wasn't the one bringing her on to class anymore. After a while my daughter told me she hadn't been going much, so I called the studio to request her attendance history. I was told they wouldn't share anything because I'm "not on the account" and only the account holder (my ex) could approve it. When I said I'd pursue a court order to give me access, the conversation escalated quickly and I was accused of "threatening" the manager, with talk of calling the police on me. I swear this was out of the blue and totally unwarranted. I have that conversation recorded. I went in person later that day and tried again. I was told the answer was still no unless my ex approved. She declined, so I spent two months getting a court order. Only then did the studio provide me my child's records. Once I got the records, they did indeed show that my kid missed more than half of her classes. I used those records to have the court switch one of my custody days to Monday and now my kid won't miss anymore classes. I'm leaving this review because a children's business should have a clear, respectful process for handling requests from either legal parent (verify ID, request documentation if needed, and de-escalate). This didn't need to become a conflict. It cost me around $2,500 to get that order. I'm considering using the recordings I have of my conversations with the studio to bring a lawsuit against them as well so cause them to have legal policies in place and not illegal ones. I hope ownership updates the policy and trains staff so other parents don't have to go through this, but if not, I will probably take them to court as well
