She identified the problem as a cluster of verrucas, discussed the condition in a professional manner and gave me options for treatment. After several sessions, the verrucas have now been eliminated and I am walking without hobbling again. The…read morereceptionist staff are always helpful, remembering you when you go in and were particularly helpful when we left the area for a while, only to return at a later date. They helped with transferring forms internationally and ensuring that, upon return, we were more than welcome back. The surgery also offers a weekly visit to rural areas, which was particularly handy for me since I lived in such a village. This meant that the doctor could be reached by walking, making things a whole lot easier. The morning booking service makes it easy to get appointments and the doctors are always friendly and welcoming.

They're always very friendly and helpful, and I am eternally grateful to Dr Chan, the doctor there I normally see, for the help and support she gave me and my wife during Anna's last illness and the help she gave me coping with my wife's death. The appointments system could use a bit of work -- if you don't want an appointment with a named GP on the day (which normally means phoning at 8 am and using call-back if you have it) it can be rather difficult arranging one for sometime the same week. But other than that, I am a huge fan.
