We found Dr. Sundararajan to be thorough, highly knowledgeable and very caring. She took the time to talk and listen to us. She asked all the right questions and ordered the appropriate blood work and follow-up care. She was genuinely caring and explained everything clearly and made us feel well-cared for. The clinic was also well run despite a lot of patients. We were seen within about half an hour and every staff member was very nice, friendly and professional, from the check in to the medical assistant and phlebotomist. We are really happy to be part of this practice.

Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. At the time, Covid tests were not readily available, but they did run a nose swab test. Their test results indicated that my husband had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed him an antibiotic. His symptoms worsened a few days later and we ended up taking him to an urgent care. The urgent prescribed him ibuprofen 800 which helped significantly. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I had an appointment for a physical with blood work. Half of the staff and nurses were friendly, the other half were not. I found the front desk staff to be a bit unprofessional. Between the two visits, we noticed people go in and out of the front office that didn't appear to be part of the staff. I like a laid back environment, but felt theirs was too laid back to the point I started worrying about their qualifications and ability to perform their duties accurately. My husband and I both saw the same doctor at each of our separate visits. Although she was professional and pleasant during the visits, we think she misdiagnosed my husband's symptoms which is why he was not getting better after prescribing him antibiotics. My husband called after his appointment to find out more info on the nose swab, but the doctor couldn't provide an answer and ended up hanging up on him. My blood results came back in a timely manner. I hope they were accurate, but we will not return to this practice.

I had left this practice before because of Dr Krishna and an astounding absence of professionalism. I returned because Dr Dua specialised in diabetic treatment, of which I was newly diagnosed. Not sure how, but I was steered back to Dr Krishna. It only took a few weeks before the situation turned into the exact reason I left the first time. Outdated, unorganized, unprofessional, and irresponsible are the only ways I can describe this office. If I were Dr Dua I would distance myself from Dr Krishna before my business is completely ruined. I do not like to put bad reviews out, but after the most recent scolding I recieved, I feel like it is important to warn anyone about the worst medical practice (Dr Krishna) I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm not sure how the situation got confused but it did, and then ended in accusations. I am very good about following doctor's orders. When the orders are unclear and murky, or out right misinforming you would think the Doctor would be able to lead you out of that instead of blame you.
