If your kid is suffering from allergies this doctor is the one you should see in Paris…read more Our pediatrician advised us to see her in order to determine whether our 4-month old baby had an intolerance/allergy to cow's milk proteins after he had a weird reaction to formula. It took some time to get an appointment with her, but once we did she was everything we had hoped for. Not only did she explain very carefully the reasons why we had to take certain tests, the delays between them, she also accompanied us along the over the phone and via email to be sure that we had all of the info and assistance we needed to make a final conclusion about his situation, which thankfully was not an allergy at all! She is also affiliated with the hospital trousseau so she can coordinate a spot there on your behalf if you need to do any tests there, as we did. Even though she's a specialist she still practices very reasonable rates (45E a visit) and has a sign on her door that says that she has the right to lower or waive her fee if she so desired. Can you imagine a doctor in american insist on his or her right to waive a consultation fee?! Just a reminder how exceptional the French health care system is.
