She was so helpful and pleasant on the phone and really listen to my concerns. My backyard was soaked because of faulty irrigation, which affected my leach lines and one of my toilets was making a gurgling noise and filling up with water. My plumber told me to call ASAP. Kaylee said she would put me on the urgent list, by 11 am I got a text that someone would be there in 25 minutes. The guy was on time and listened to what was going on. Tank was full and needed to be pumped. He checked there was no blockage and gave me good information on do's and don'ts to help preserve and prevent future problems. We used Muck septic 10 years ago to replace a septic that was damaged by a contractor and they did…read morea fabulous job, so we decided to call them when we purchased a new place to do a pump and inspection. Unfortunately we did not receive the great same service. The original owner sold the business and the standard of service has really dropped. My first clue should of been how unprofessionally the phone was answered. The woman who answered the phone sounded distracted, not sure of what she was doing and kept asking someone next to her the answers to my questions. The second red flag was the so called inspection which consisted of an invoice with one line stating "Septic seems to be working." After we moved into the house a week later we could smell the septic, which wasn't there before. I called Muck to ask questions/advice, once again I got the same woman who didn't have a clue and she proceed to tell me, "oh something must be wrong with the septic." I said, you just inspected it and you told us everything was okay and now you're telling me something is wrong! She started to back pedal what she told me and said she would send someone out to have a look. I asked her to call me when the person came out so I could see what was going on. Three weeks and no one ever turned up and no phone call. I called them again, the same woman told me oh we went out and had a look and everything was fine. I asked her, how did you get back there with a locked gate and septic tank that's under a deck with a large stone table on top it? Again, she promised me they would come out on the Friday, surprise, surprise no one turned up! I would not recommend Muck to anyone, quality of service is very poor, the don't stand by their work and they are either absent-minded or lairs.
