Paul Edwards is a very competent dentist. However, he has so many patients that when you have a check up with him he takes all of two minutes to check your teeth before ushering you out the door in his haste to see the next patient. I really feel that he does not give due care and attention to a patient's teeth and will only do detailed dental work if he absolutely has too. Another problem with this practice is that trying to see the hygienist is very difficult as she seems to be constantly booked and then she complains when you finally see her that you haven't been in a while! The older lady at reception could also do with attending a course in being courteous and less indimidating to patients on the phone and in person. I now use a much more amenable dentist who I'm much happier with. read more
