I reached out to a few people, but Viking Solutions was the first to respond in a timely manner. That's huge for me. Booking an appointment time was easy, and it was a fast and easy fix. Fast forward a day, and my door was starting to sag again. The guys made sure to come back the same day to fully fix the problem (it was a small oversight from the day before), which was done in a few minutes. I appreciate that they guarantee their work will be done to the customer's satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys deserve a very high recommendation based on character of their people alone…read more I had a bracket that came off the brakes of my truck that hold my brake lines, and one of their technicians in a van was kind and generous enough to me to provide me some zip ties to get me back on the road. I know it seems like such a trivial gesture, but it means a lot because he did not even hesitate and even waited after I was through to make sure that I didn't need anything else and offered to allow me to use his knife to cut off the oversized lengths that were left over. I am back on the road and give these guys five stars based on their human nature and character of the people they have within their company.

He had to deal with working on a slope for half the project and dealing with a lot of rocks and gravel. He also sprayed the slope for weeds. He arrived early (big thumbs up) and I told him my budget (not much) and what I needed done. Well, my backyard now has several new plants and drip lines and everything looks great. I told Ryan that when I get some more money saved up I'll be contacting him again for more work. I have a long list of things that need getting done. One of the things I liked about Ryan is that if he doesn't know about something he can draw upon his friends who work in various fields, like today he got advice on which emitters to use for the particular plants I had put in and he managed to get me a deal on some of the supplies. As they say, the best advertising is word of mouth, and I recommend that if you need a handyman you give Ryan a call first. (Even around the holidays!)

Scheduling was straightforward, though there was a little mix-up with the date and time, so he ended up coming a bit later than planned. We hired him to rehang a door, mount cabinets on a wall that had both gas lines and electrical behind it, and install shelving tracks. He was careful not to hit anything that could've caused trouble, and everything turned out solid and secure. What I appreciated most is that he got through all three projects within the budget and time frame we agreed on, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I'm glad we hired him. I called my sister, who has several properties in town and has a list of the trades who've done good work. She gave me the number for Crystal Clear Plumbing. I gave them a call Saturday night and he said he'd have someone out at 8am Sunday morning. The truck showed up on time with two workers. One of them gave his condolences since he had heard my brother-in-law had suddenly passed away 2 months ago. He took a look at my water heater, said they could still use some of the old metal lines and straps, saved me money. Installation was fast and they left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. We called and they said they could get someone out quickly. Another hour goes by and we called them again to see where they were. We were told 10 minutes away. 5 rolls around and Jason shows up. His excuse was that they were waiting for our property management to call them back but their office called my wife and I individually to make the appointment. The fact we were on the schedule, which they confirmed every time we called, and we didn't hear from their technician is very disappointing. Having to wait an additional 2 hours behind what was promised is not okay. It would have been okay if the technician had called us to let us know he would be late.
