Patterson Cheney is a large dealer. I think that is the problem!! I have had my car serviced here and I wasn't impressed with the service at all. I also looked at getting a new car but the salesman wasn't very knowledgable about the cars or options available. He couldn't even tell me about the warrantys offered. He started trying to explain them but his boss overheard and came in and corrected him as he was completely misleading me. They were unwilling to negotiate on price of trade in or price of the car I was looking at. All round it was an unenjoyable experience. If you want a Holden try somewhere else. Do not purchase cars here. they will overcharge you then when there is an issue with your car they will pretend nothing is wrong. my car broke within 3 weeks of buying it and i was told that 1) it was not under warranty, even though i had a contract that said otherwise and 2) my car is in perfect condition.... which is a lie. do not waste your time or your money here read more
