Upon arrival I found the business very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The reception area was very beautifully decorated and had comfortable seating as well. My wait was short and soon Theresa, my new stylist was out to meet me. I explained to her I had not had a haircut in a long time and was at all loss as to what to do. I told Theresa I would be open to coloring as well as a cut as we embarked on a hair mark over. Theresa really took her time explaining the type of cut and color that would be best for my face and skin tone. The other stylists even stopped by to add their expertise from time to time when I felt a little uncertain as to what to choose. After all the coloring was rinsed out we decided on a cut and boy was I excited. Theresa did such an amazing job, every step of the way she made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and the outcome was what I wanted. She was just amazing. My hair has honestly never looked better. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality and precision hair care.

Talked to a few people about this and I guess the salon is going thru some "changes" with owernship... not sure what the means but the complete lack of service and follow up has me updating this to one star. Sorry, I try not to be that harsh, but honestly it's a complete lack of service that I would rate as a zero if I could.

I have debated writing a review about my appointment I had there about a month ago. The first…read moreexperience I had here was good. The most recent time was not. My nail tech was falling asleep during the appointment. I had to tap him on the arm to make sure he was alright as he was trying to buff my nails in mid air. The quality of my nails were not great. I got a full set of acrylics and currently they are lifting similar to what i've had happen with press on nails - something I have NEVER had happen with salon applied nails. The shaping of my nails was not consistent across fingers and polish application was lacking in quality. You can see through my polish on all fingers (I specified I did not want to see through the nail, had reference photos and even requested an additional layer). I had the same tech both times so I am not sure what happened. I would return here to give them another shot but would decline getting my nails done again by Charlie.

From the moment we walked in, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was serene, clean, and beautifully decorated--it truly lives up to the name Royalty. Our massage techs were skilled, attentive, and kind. They listened to our individual needs and tailored the massage perfectly for each of us. It was honestly one of the best massages we've ever had, and we've both been to several spas over the years. You can really tell they care about their craft and about creating a healing experience. They even decorated our room for our anniversary! Afterward, we relaxed in the hot tub, which was the perfect finishing touch. Their hot tub room is in the back building which is an extension to the spa. The water was warm, clean, and private--ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with each other. We left feeling refreshed, renewed, and totally pampered. Royalty Rain is a hidden gem and we're already looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for a peaceful, professional, and rejuvenating experience, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary beautiful !

I had high hopes trying this place for the first time. My experience wasn't the greatest, I've had…read moremuch better massages for cheaper. I waited about 15 minutes for the massage lady to come into the room. My therapist was overweight, so her belly kept pushing up against my head and body during the massage. She threw in some snarky comments about me being "pidgeon toed" and made comments on my back anatomy. The Asian place I go to only charges $70 for 60 minutes while this place charges $90.

We called on a Saturday morning to make appointments, and were both able to get in on the same day. Vo1 nails is family-run, and has been a Beavercreek staple for more than 20 years. It's located in a strip mall with a good amount of parking, across the road from the Kroger Marketplace. Amy assisted me with both my gel manicure and gel pedicure, and not only was she thorough and detailed, but she was quick too! We were in and out in just about an hour, which is always a win on a nail day. The prices are spot on for the area and we both left happy with our services. I think this is our new go-to in Beavercreek!

Farrah was Amazing!…read more The outside doesn't do this place justice, inside it's super clean and relaxing. Called after I got off work and Farrah was able to take me immediately, I checked online first through the website which shows open slots and it looked like I would have to wait about an hour initially, so if you want to save time, I'd recommend calling in a similar situation. Ended up booking a 60 min deep tissue. She worked with me to find the right pressure and kept checking in throughout. 10/10 TLDR: Totally worth it, definitely going back.

The whole experience was very sketchy…read moreand uncomfortable, me and my sister almost left as soon as we got there, the lights were off and the massage therapist was sitting in the dark, then her step dad came in to massage me the same time we got there. The bathroom was a mess and the whole inside of the building was sketchy, we almost left again but we already booked the appointment. Google reviews had five starts from every single customer, and the oldest review was a week old, I think they were bots because every review was a lie. Also the pictures on the website were posted four hours after we called, we probably should have noticed it but they were the only ones with availability, which makes sense now. It felt like the guy she called in to massage me didn't really know what he was doing, and my sister saw him looking through a crack in the door at us as we undressed a bit before the massage. My sister said the girl she had was good at massaging but we were both very uncomfortable and scared the entire time. At the end she gave my sister a "watered down ginger shot" in a random plastic cup, and she didn't have a card reader for payment, couldn't accept cash app, and kept asking for an online payment method we've never heard of. I genuinely thought we'd get scammed, we had to cash app her eventually, and then after we paid she unlocked the door to let us out, and laughed about the bathroom being a mess, saying she didn't think we'd go in there, and making a joke about how it was unprofessional. Save your money and time, highly recommend you don't go here and find a more professional place.
