a day agoNEW Their website stated that they delivered nationwide. I called them and the man who answered stated, "not my website. Nowhere on my website does it state that." I had already placed an order and needed it canceled but the man got so agitated that he hung up on me. I called back and a lady answered. The whole time I was trying to speak with her and explain the situation, I could hear the man in the background yelling about my situation and just being so rude. I ended up finally sending them a screenshot image of their website that states they do nationwide delivery as well as my confirmation email from my order. They swear my order didn't go through but based on the unprofessional in this situation, I am not sure I believe that and will be following up. read more

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. She lives in Hawaii and was nervous about calling a florist she didn't know in a town close to where I work but don't live and know the florists. However, these flowers were the most beautiful and fresh flowers I have ever received and the flowers are still as beautiful 4 days later. My daughter saw them and said the arrangement is much bigger than she thought it would be for the money she paid. Thank you for brightening my 50th birthday. I will definitely be calling when I need arrangements. read more

Nicest people, worst bouquet ever. I paid $126 for a bouquet of beautiful roses and birthday balloons for my boyfriend and he received ugly carnations and other cheap flowers. Looks nothing like what I ordered. I am totally embarrassed and would have never ordered it if I knew what it really was going to look like. Sorry, but I am so disappointed. read more

I ordered a cornucopia style bouquet for 70 for my mother, the lady called me told me she did not have a cornucopia nor any idea how to get one my first thought is why did you offer it then... I gave her permission to use a basket and ask her if she would make the flowers more deluxe to compensate the cost difference the flowers I received are pretty but nothing like I ordered! I won't be using your shop again! read more

Nice people, poor service. They went to walmart on the day of my wedding because they didn't bring enough flowers for center pieces, even though we had less tables then we originally told them! My bouquet was dying slightly and did not fully bloom until FOUR days later. Also, bought white roses when I only asked for pink spray roses and peonies. Not the most professional, smoke inside and price increased drastically after I payed the down payment. read more
