A poorly trained, poorly supervised work crew failed to hydrate home's perimeter plantings before and after application of roof mold agent. Tarps were not used at job site to protect shrubs. Landscape planting die off occurred within (2) days resulting in substantial damages. Damaged roof tiles left w/o repairs being completed. (Verified during drone inspection). Emails and phone msgs were immediately left w UBA's mgt. and initially ignored. It wasn't until I posted a less than positive review that management took notice. During a site visit UBA's Mgt verified damage to plantings in addition to incomplete repairs to roof tiles. UBA Mgt. subcontracted roofer to replace damaged roof tiles. Reimbursement for replacement of shrubs and plantings unresolved at present (58 days following pressure washing application). UBA's Mgt. acknowledged that their work crew did not follow UBA's internal work processes and procedures. Their website emphasizes that their employee training is built around process improvement so they can avoid industry wide failures. UBA states; "Plant protection is a top priority". We didn't experience any where near a priority for protecting our landscaping. Pretty sales brochures - yes, lots of high tech advertising - yes, Upselling by job estimator - yes. UBA Sales will attempt to upsell their "proprietary Hydro Seal" roof sealant. Job performance was a complete failure. Customer Satisfaction Rating: F BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE ....

Sloppy work, globs of paint in the joints but MORE importantly, the paint bubbled up significantly then popped open after drying creating large pockets of the old surface exposed. We have reached out to Chris several times over the past 4 weeks since this happened and NOT ONCE has he bothered to return a phone call, email or text. Several hours later they were not done and admitted that they couldn't seal it until it dried for several hours. They claimed that weeds would die later and that areas that weren't completed would wash off in the rain. Neither happened. The drive is only about half done. Half of it looks fine the rest is a mess. They offered to come back and seal later but no response to texts or emails. A young crew who have a lot to learn about scoping jobs, setting expectations and customer service.
