Scott Bazz is the most honest, upfront, and friendly insurance agent I have ever worked with…read more His no-pressure, informative approach to insurance was what got me signed up for life insurance a few years ago. Since then, he has provided me with rental and car insurance. I have since recommend friends and family who have all been highly satisfied. The Bazz agency's dedication to their clients is what sets them apart. I'll keep going back. My advice to you? If you're looking for insurance, call the Bazz agency, show them what other quotes you've seen or what you're paying now. They'll be the most reliable source on whether you have a good rate with someone else or if they can do better.

I was an Insurance holder for my house in Lakewood with Scott Bazz Insurance agency for over 10…read moreyears . I started out very well and over the years, in the last 5 their business turned out to be falling off, in terms of service and pricing. Outrages prices by this issuance, went from $ 1,600 in 2006 to $3,200 in 2020. Needles to say, I switched to Shelter Insurance and now pay agin $ 1,590. I called Scott Bazz personally a few times questioning my coverage and rates and not much advise was given. I am very busy and don't have much time to review the policy every year and haggle over rates, when the bill came for $ 3,200, I had enough with them. They used to call or email and check in with their clients, that has stopped about 5 years ago. I don't think they care anymore . When I called no one even asked "what can we do, why are you canceling". Sadly, I would not use this insurance company again, there are better one out there , hope this review helps !

While most carriers are moving to online only interactions, it was nice to see State Farm offer the personal local feel with the top notch online medium. I went online for a quote, within a day Rhiannon reached out to gather more information. Of course, providing my current insurance coverage was better than what input online. After a day of back and forth communication via email, Rhiannon and State Farm were able to bundle everything together and we are saving close to 3,000. I requested the opportunity to meet Steve and Rhiannon at their office. They gladly made time, and again in the one hour face to face meeting more information was discovered that helped them build the best policy coverage (information in simply forgot about). I am glad my wife and I are back with a Mutual company that focuses on customer service and building personal relationships. We will do our best to refer friends and family to Steve and his team.

To answer my insurance questions based on my particular situation? No thanks. I'll pass." I have confidence that you just can't get from an operator or algorithm and the customer service is 5 stars.
