Avoid his office. He rarely responds to emails and is largely unavailable by phone. He is not customer service oriented and seems forgetful and/or out to lunch. Our daughter's car insurance was cancelled and he did not let us know - no email, letter or phone call. I only found out when I tried to pay the bill for the policy. Other State Farm agents that I have used have been great. read more

This State Farm office has some of the kindest and most helpful people! Any request I ever had (dec pages, id cards, updated policies, etc.) was handled within the hour with courteousness and professionalism. When the back window of our SUV was broken by a stray rock and we didn't have glass coverage, Patrick personally sent over his recommendations of good glass people in the area and those folks gave us a discounted rate for a new window because of his personal recommendation! For some reason, I kept my insurance with Pat for several years, even though I was never able to get quotes from him for additional insurance even when I met with him in person, and he never responds to my e-mails. I ended up moving my auto insurance to Allstate since I was so frustrated, but kept my renters insurance with Pat. Still unable to get responses from him, so I'll be cancelling that, too. read more

I went in to get a quote on car insurance because I was in the process of leasing a new vehicle. Courtney sat down with me to review my options. It was my first time purchasing insurance of any kind, so I knew nothing about the process. She was super friendly, and simply laid out the facts for me without pressuring me at all. It was really helpful to talk to someone who understood what I did and did not need in terms of coverage. I was really impressed by her honesty when it turned out State Farm could not match the offers I got from competitors. I ended up going with another company for my car, because in my case State Farm could not offer the lowest rate for the coverage I needed. And I did not need any other type of policy that I could bundle with them to lower the overall cost. Still, I felt compelled to write a review since she was so honest, straightforward and helpful. It's such a rare thing for a salesperson in this world! And now I actually feel like I somewhat understand how the insurance world works.
