His calm, matter-of-fact approach helped keep us grounded during the entire process, while making sure our interests were protected during the post-inspection negotiations. Where Tom was the real star, however, was in closing. He efficiently and clearly explained every single document and made sure we understood what we were signing, all the while remaining patient and without any hint of condescension. Finally, for home purchases, Tom's prices are extremely reasonable. I'm still amazed we got that much work out of him for the check we wrote him. We're planning on staying in our new home for the next 30 years, but if we sell it we will work with Tom again.

We even ran into a last-minute hurdle due to the seller's actions and Michael provided great assurance to us and peace of mind when navigating the surprise. Aside from John, even a few months post sale we get emails from Wasserman with helpful reminders regarding privacy, security and other valuable insights for a new owner. It's a little thing, but it's clear they value their clients even after the "work" is done. There's more... They also are active with local charities, which for me is a big plus.
