I finally got an email stating I need to be patient and they got upset with me and said they would send this issue to upper management to contact me. Today is July 18, 2019 and no one from upper management has contacted me. They don't ever answer the phone. The Nathan Law Firm is a must be filing bankruptcy or a Big SCAM! They will be reported. I waited almost a year for them to send out a demand letter.

After my accident in May, I was assigned a case manager and after several attempts of trying to get in touch with him, I randomly received an email from another person stating she was my case manager. Notification from the law firm informing me that they have switched case managers would have been appreciated. Anyways, I had to answer all the same questions and paperwork I had done the first time around... I don't know what happened to my previous paperwork. Since re-doing my paperwork I have been trying to get in touch with my case manager for months via email and phone without a response. Each time I called I was informed that my case manager was out to lunch and would call me (which she never did). When I asked to speak to whoever my case manager reports to, I was always informed that she is out for the day. Yesterday I asked to leave a voice message for the manager and today the case manager I have been trying to reach for months FINALLY contacted me and told me they are withdrawing because the insurance party that was cited by the police to be at fault has not accepted liability. When I asked whom I should follow-up with she told me I could reach out to my insurance company. I have never even heard from or spoken to an attorney that is supposed to be handling my case- another red flag. They have completely wasted my time. If anyone reading this needs representation I would advise against using Nathan Law firm. Very unprofessional!

Four years and $3000+ to FINALLY be told, "Sorry, we can't do anything for you." These people are…read morean absolute joke. Unprofessional, apathetic, incommunicative, incompetent - there aren't enough words in English OR Spanish to express how horrible this firm and the people running it and working for it are. And after having you jump through hoops while keeping your file on a shelf collecting dust, they'll tell you things like, "Well, we have in our notes that you were told in your consult that this might be a difficult case," and "We were never made aware of the scope of the situation." No we weren't and yes you were. Save your money and get attorneys who aren't complete sleezeballs. No lady, you should have said FROM THE BEGINNING that any felony, even if non-violent, even if twenty years old, would mean that a green card will always be 100% out of the question for us. But you didn't. You said that because it's nonviolent and over ten years old and because we can show that my sponsee was in the US before January 1st 2001, the old first offender plea WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. Then you FINALLY filed this random thing four months ago without ever once explaining to us what it is, why you were filing it, or what the odds of our case were. If anyone had EVER even ONCE discussed the reality of our situation with us we'd have said, "No thank you. We will save our FOUR FING YEARS and put our THOUSANDS toward pursuing other options, like perhaps an investor visa." But then again, on Wednesday morning when we finally spoke to you since (for the first time since we set foot in your office back in 2017, by the way), you didn't even know we owned a business. Nobody on your team of morons knew the judge they were using as an excuse not to pursue a challenge of my sponsee's old charges died three years ago or that the other judge involved in the case announced her retirement a month ago. You did exactly ZERO research until last Friday. You accepted our case, sat on it for years while attorneys in your farce of a law firm turned over like pancakes at an iHop, made sure to get every penny you knew you could from us, then made one phone call on Monday to a criminal attorney outside of your firm so that you could shrug your shoulders on Wednesday and tell us you had no idea before then that this case wasn't going anywhere. You are all absolute subhuman scum. You're even worse than ambulance chasers, and that bar is LOW! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
