They set up a phone meeting for which they did not show up. They said they were"really busy" three times. They set up a second phone meeting but they did not show up. I don't think they would be the lawyer for me. No respect for my time. It's unprofessional (rude?) not showing up for two mutually arranged meetings on consecutive days. The people who gave good reviews must have been lucky that Boyle Law was not "really busy" when they called.

I had a consult with a partner at the Westminster office. When I decided to go with this firm, I…read morewas not given the attorney I had a consult with. I had an associate attorney. Never talked to that attorney again but I got charged weekly for her "catching up" on my case. My attorney, Taylor, left the firm also few months later and I was given another associate attorney but at another office. Was then also given another partner that I would get billed for but never spoke to her. I then had that associate attorney for about 5 months and she left the firm too. They then gave me another associate but knew she wasnt going to be available for the date of my hearing. I asked then if the partner who i have had been getting charged for could take on my case and they told me she only consults and doesn't actually take on clients. Found out later it was really because she was leaving the practice also. Then was given another associate attorney along with another partner i never spoke to at the Highlands Ranch office and he only had 3 weeks to go through my file. Needless to say, he wasnt caught up and did not present key evidence and was not keeping track of the time and had to continually ask the magistrate how much time he had left. This visibly upset the magistrate. We had a plenty of evidence that was not presented, had proof that the father was lying and my attorney did nothing. We ultimately lost the case and my son now goes to his alcoholic father's house 50/50. They also messed up my billing and I had to fight for a refund for that. Their billing department calls you weekly to pay your bill even if you still have money left in your retainer. This is a poorly run firm and there is a reason they have a high turnover. There is no reason I should have had 4 associates and 3 partners on my case that didn't even last a year. 3 of those associates and 2 partners are not at the firm anymore.

Before hiring him, I worked with another attorney, unbundled, and spent significantly more money for far poorer results. The difference in experience, strategy, preparation, and overall representation was night and day. From day one, he brought an incredible level of professionalism, preparation, and strategic insight to my case. His knowledge of the local courts, judges, and jurisdictional preferences and tendencies was invaluable throughout the process. He is exceptionally experienced in Denver County Court and clearly highly respected by the magistrates in Denver and beyond. One of the things I appreciated most was how available and responsive he always was. He consistently made time to get on calls to talk through concerns, explain strategy, and help me understand what to expect. He helped me understand what mattered and what wasn't worth fighting for. During one of the hardest periods of my life, he truly humanized the legal process and helped me feel supported instead of overwhelmed. I will always be grateful for that. He is also incredibly skilled under pressure. At my hearing, things took a different direction at the last minute, and he was able to pivot seamlessly while still achieving every outcome I had hoped for from the beginning. Watching him adapt in real time while remaining calm, prepared, and effective was honestly remarkable. Beyond being an exceptional attorney, he is also extremely fair and reasonable with his fees, especially considering the level of expertise and dedication he provides. I felt fully prepared, listened to, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. If you are looking for an attorney who is intelligent, strategic, responsive, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable about the court system, I would recommend him without hesitation.
