His weekly bulletins provide valuable information and their seminars are often of interest. John and his team are very accessible via e-mail or phone calls. We have seen steady and impressive growth in our portfolio over the years. He and Colleen are able to provide thorough explanations as to how and why we should be investing in certain financial products. As we have eased into retirement their advice has become even more invaluable regarding RMD, taxable income, long term health insurance and Medicare issues we need to be considering. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions about our finances until we have all of the facts. We are just so grateful for all of the work being done on our behalf by the Capital Group.

I have been going to Roland for years to prepare our small business taxes. He is very…read moreknowledgeable about taxes and current tax credits & laws. The reason he did not get 5 stars from me is he does not have voice mail or an email address to contact him. I think during this day/age it is vitally important for people to have access to a small business anyway possible. If you call his phone number it will ring and ring and ring. Really, you don't know if you are even calling the right number. There is no opportunity to leave a message or anything. To me, it is really quite annoying as I need to take time again to call back. Hopefully, he answers the 2nd time as I would need to call again. If you have questions or comments, you would have to call again.... I've asked for an email address and why he doesn't have voice mail. He said something like he wasn't good with technology. I actually am considering finding someone else who has at least voice mail or text messaging. Otherwise, great guy, great tax service done correctly & quickly.

Sue is not only good at what she does, but the level of service she provided us showed that she cares about our money as much as we do! With a couple simple changes and much reassurance from Sue, we are using what we already had more efficiently. While we try not to think about the costs of retirement, Sue kept it in mind while we discussed our current and short-term money goals. It's a relief to know there's a second pair of eyes on our future. I would recommend Sue whether you are just starting out, need a refresh of your financial situation, or are an expert financei looking to increase your knowledge (and benefit from it!).
