I love this place! Yes, that's correct it's a dentist office. You might be cringing or wondering if…read moreI'm crazy but I assure you I am not. I have been going here for so long I can't even remember when I started. But I believe it's been 12 or 13 years. My whole family goes here and I've also referred friends. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome from your first step in the door. The Hygienists and Assistants are helpful and wonderful as well Dr. Freeman and Dr. Fox are caring, down to earth and professional. Dr. Freeman helped me with my TMJ tooth pain which is what first bought me to the office all those years ago. Both of them deal with TMJ issues as well as anything else that may be causing you issues. They do everything here and they will definitely make you feel comfortable and at ease. Sadly I've never taken any pictures of the office so I might have to update this soon. If you are looking for a reliable, reputable and caring dental office this is your place!

Update: I guess I shouldn't give a bad review on social media. First, they lied about billing…read more Then, they start Internet stalking if you give them a bad review online. Dear Dr. Fox, thank you for responding my complaint in time. Also thank you for your professional dental service which I really appreciate. But please be notified that my original complaint is towards your billing department work. When you keep mentioning $14 in your reply, I know you are still confused about why I gave a one-star review. There are few things I want to clarify here: 1. There's no copay for preventive dental service with my insurance. Please refer to my dental insurance benefit page I uploaded in my review. The reason why I got an unpaid balance is because your office charges exceed the reasonable and customary amount not because I have a copay. It appears that you and your office still have a misunderstanding on my insurance coverage and that's where my complaint comes from. P.S.: I'll attach a copay definition at the end of my review for your information. P.P.S.: copay is spelled as copay not co-pay. 2. Thank you for reading my previous reviews on Yelp. I guess it's a unique way in your dental office to know your patient better and solve customer's complaint. Interesting and creative but not appreciated. The reason why I gave Dr. Ruskin Aaron one star is not because they lied to me about billing details and my insurance coverage as you can see. Plus, Dr. Ruskin Aaron already apologized for my bad customer experience. 3. One thing good about social media is it empowering customers. After you got bullied as a customer, there's a way for you to speak out and inform others to help them make their choices. I did call your office to solve the problem. But the lady tried to mislead me into believing that there's a copay for my insurance, just like what you did in your reply. Hope next time when your office gets a complaint from a customer, your customer service is not Internet stalking or trying to depict him/her as a cheapass psychopath. What if "We make every effort to satisfy our patients on every visit with the quality of our staff the quality of our work and our pride in our service" is not just cooperative propaganda? I don't think we will have all these mess and hassles. *A copay is a fixed amount you pay for a health care service, usually when you receive the service. The amount can vary by the type of service. You may also have a copay when you get a prescription filled.

I keep getting their postcards in the mail as reminder that I should warn the general public about this nightmarish practice. Beware of this Livonia Laser Dentistry and Dr. Mansour! When I was in college, with medicaid coverage, I was seeking a new dentist that covered my insurance before the pandemic. The online booking was easy enough and my first two cleanings went well with the secretary being notably polite and warm. For my third cleaning, as a burnt out grad student, I missed one appointment. I would have had no issue paying a fee, it would have not been possible to do so due to medicaid service provider rules. Arriving early, the same secretary greeted me with attitude for not calling back to confirm my appointments and PROMISED TO CANCEL ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS IF I DO NOT CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENTS WITHIN 24 hours OF THE REMINDER CALL. Clearly that is unreasonable and I had stated as much, and then she continued to raise her voice in front of a full waiting room going on about how other patients need those spots AKA I lost them money. The tech for my cleaning was polite and friendly, however. For my fourth cleaning, (sigh) yes, I called back within 24 hours to confirm my appointment, and I was greeted with an impatient and dismissive tone from the secretary who ended the interaction with shutting the window in my face. Keep in mind, I barely got a word in which I replied what she asked for my name. Thankfully, the tech was friendly as usual and had informed me that my only filling was getting old and falling apart and recommended filling in a spot on a molar that I had sensitivity issues ever since I had braces. Dr. Mansour agreed to this plan. I had scheduled an appointment to take care it all, and begrudgingly, I had followed up within 24 hours of my reminder call to confirm the appointment. To no surprise, the secretary greets me a bit less harshly with a dry and indifferent tone, but hey, I'll take it. I'm sitting patiently in the waiting area and I see a tech that I haven't seen before preparing for a procedure. After about 5 minutes of her going back and forth, she comes to the door and looks at me and said to come. There were many people in the waiting area, it was not clear that she was referring to me, but since no one else was responding, I got up and she took me to the procedure room across from the door way on the west side of the building. There were two techs and two dentists staged to proceed with this procedure, which I found rather odd. Then Dr. Mansour informs me that she is doing 7 fillings for "preventative care" and just dove right in. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO REGRET SUPPRESSING MY INTUITION TO RUN. With how fast it all had went down, I went home, had a panic attack, and sobbed in my partner's shoulder for hours because it was so traumatizing. There was no room to protest and have a discussion about medical necessity. THEY DIDN'T EVEN VERIFY THAT I WAS THE PATIENT FOR THE PROCEDURE. I was coerced into this procedure and Dr. Mansour profited from it. The explanation of benefits form I received soon after, itemizing everything, demonstrated as such. I'm pretty sure that charging 5 unnecessary procedures without medical necessity is INSURANCE FRAUD. A month later, one of the 7 fillings fell out. I am seeing red at that point as it was absurd that I had to go through all of that for this result. Of course, the rude secretary did not have much to say when I requested an appointment to fix it asap. Dr. Mansour was doubtful that the filling fell out, but looked around and found it herself, then tried to convince me that it was a cavity that was never filled, but did me the 'favor' of fixing up for me. I made a point to tell her that I didn't buy that. In a period of 2 months, 2 MORE FILLINGS FELL OUT, and you bet, the rude secretary did not have much to say and Dr. Mansour refilled the fillings. After the 3rd, I had just found a new dentist who had fixed the 4th, 5th, and 6th faulty fillings. It was apparent by my current dentist's expression that Dr. Mansour has a reputation. He assured me that what she had done was unethical.
