They told me computer was down. A group.of six workers chatted and gossiped and did nothing while we waited for over 30 minites in the lobby. They were not nice, did not off r an explanation and I would never come here with a sick kid. You will get better service at an urgent care. I only come here for the physical form so my kid can play school.sports and it's close to home. I do.not recommend this business.

I am going to have to agree with most reviews I've read, It has gone downhill the past couple years. New faces and such a lack of genuine care and concern for my children is what I feel has been displayed. I have two special needs children. One whom is non-verbal autistic who needs so much on a regular basis. Today I am sick and have also had two family deaths within the last two weeks. Not to mention I have exhausted all sick and vacation time due to my son having so many issues throughout the year. I could not bring him in during office hours. They say they can't do a Telehealth appointment for my son to have his eczema ointment due to Medicaid. When I received a telehealth for his last refill so that shows me they weren't being truthful. I offered to pay out of pocket there was still no resolution and confirmed the lack of care for "my" child. My son has had eczema for years and only receives one small tube with absolutely no refills. Medicaid patients are definitely being treated differently at Summit Pediatrics and getting the children what they need doesn't seem to be their priority. I asked them "What do you do for mothers and fathers who are sick and can't bring their children" She responded "Ma'am you have to bring him in" Very unfortunate another terrible review.

Greenvale Pediatrics - Exam rooms are clean and neat.

This is more so a general review than a review about a recent experience…read more 1) Reception The receptionists are nice, but if you have a balance of any kind, just say you know and move on, because I asked one time and they let me know the total -- but they said it loudly enough that the rest of the waiting room could hear it too. Embarrassing to say the least. If you call them, they're nice too, but often they'll hang up immediately after you're done, no time for pleasantries. 2) Nurses The nurses here are and have always been phenomenal. Shoutout to Porsha especially, as she always greets us with a smile and takes great care of my partner and I's daughter. 3) Doctors We've met with a few of the pediatricians here, and our standard pediatrician, Dr. Brian Dudgeon, is the best out of all of them. He was actually my partner's pediatrician when she was born (his first patient) so having that level of connection is amazing. He'll take the time with you to explain what's going on, what he believes will fix it, and proceed cautiously through there. 4) Overall: I would highly recommend Greenvale Pediatrics - Hoover. The benefits fully outweigh the negatives of visiting, and if you can get seen by Dr. Dudgeon, I fully, fully recommend it!

Even though the nurse could have made an appointment for him per the receptionist. So only have sick kids Monday through Friday and it's a five star place.
