Had my first EBOO treatment with Hannah and she was amazing! Very thorough, talked me through…read moreeverything and was so kind. The place itself is very relaxing. Also very reasonably priced. Love it here I will definitely be back!

I'm warning you, do not go here…read more My experience with this clinic was a complete disaster. Nobody seems to be on the same page, nobody seems to know what is going on, and when you leave a negative review, the owner responds telling you to "call the clinic" even though she is not even there to speak with you or resolve the problem. From my experience, this place is constantly trying to upsell you, push additional treatments, and squeeze more money out of you. I was even threatened with an additional $300 to $500 fee during a dispute, which only made the entire situation feel even more money-driven and unethical. The worst part was the Director of Operations repeatedly trying to sell me peptides through her own side business while she was involved in my treatment. She was pushing peptides that she represented as coming from China and trying to sell them directly to me outside of the clinic. In my opinion, using your position at a medical or wellness clinic to hustle patients into buying products from your personal side business is so fucking unethical. Patients are coming here because they are looking for legitimate medical support, not to become sales leads for someone's private peptide business. Between the constant upselling, the lack of communication, the confusion between staff, the extra fees, and employees pushing outside products, I completely lost trust in this place. This was a horrible experience and, in my opinion, a complete rip-off. Do not waste your money here. I'm warning you: stay away.

I've been coming here for years, the ambiance is great and I've always been happy with the girl I…read moreget, even though every time I go I have a new person. I give 3 stars not because of the service, but because of the inconsistencies. I'm guessing an issue with the owner creates fluctuating prices and constant employee turn over. It would be really nice to find a therapist I can grow with and they can learn me and my likes without having to start over with every visit. Also, I'm pretty annoyed that they "used" to have a buy 6 get one free perk and they suddenly did away with it right before I was about to earn mine. That was the main reason I went there. Guess I have to find another place to go. I've met the owner before, and she was kinda rude to me. It all kinda makes sense. Girl, get it together and take care of your people.

Last month I went in for a prenatal massage and this time Ms. Chandra was my masseuse. She made…read moresure I was comfortable the whole time, had a body pillow for me (since I can only lay on my sides) and made sure my feet were elevated. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and wasn't causing any discomfort to myself or the baby. I love that she asked me what scents she should avoid during the massage, I hadn't really thought about it but while pregnant there are just centain smells you just can't stand. So I appreciated her attention to the little details prior to my arrival. I only asked her to avoid lavander because I'm allergic to it, but she ended up avoiding anything scented, which I appreciated. Sometimes I don't know if something is going to make me nauseous until I smell it, so avoiding anything scented so my nausea wouldn't be triggered was very thoughtful of her. She was gentle yet applied enough pressure on tight spots without hurting me. She mentioned that massaging feet was her specialty, however, my feet are very ticklish so I asked her to avoid touching them. However, I can only imagine how good of a foot massage she gives because when she was working on my legs and thighs (getting closer to my feet) the better I felt she got at the massage! Since she had to avoid my feet she gave me a face massage, which, up until then I didn't know could be so enjoyable and didn't know was as relaxing as it was. Ms. Chandra also mentioned she does body art and henna tattoos, which I've been wanting to do. She is new to Holistic Healing but I hope she sticks around for a while because I truly enjoyed her service! Each masseuse has their own fee end I believe hers was $75 and she is well worth it!
